Schöne Natur, toller Ausblick!

Wir hatte eine Cabaña die etwas höher als das haupthaus liegt und es war unglaublich schön! Toller Ausblick, den man sich mit einem kleinen Aufstieg verdient!

Hermoso lugar para quedarse cerca a Salento
Pros:

El lugar es muy lindo, es tal cual lo ves en las fotos, me gusto mucho las areas comunes, el sendero y el mirador, y la atencion espectacular, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons:

La ubicacion, el acceso al lugar es bastante complicado ya que es una carretera muy angosta y en mal estado esto si vienes de circasia y si vienes de Salento esta un poco mejor.

Beautiful stay in Colombia's coffee region

The breakfast prepared on the spot and the good advice the staff gave us.
Absolutely beautiful place. We could have stayed in the house and not left, so comfortable and cosy. Great views of the surrounding forest.

Lässt jede Menge zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Schöne Aussicht vom Chalet (Hotel hat nur Ausblick auf die Straße und man hört jedes vorbeifahrende Auto). Für Ornithologen und Bird Spotter hervorragend.

Cons:

Der Weg zum Chalet (ca 5-10 Min. zu Fuß) , was auf einer Anhöhe gelegen ist, ist ein steiler unbeleuchteter Trampelpfad, was bei Ankunft nach Sonnenuntergang extrem unkomfortabel ist. Das angeblich hervorragende Frühstück ist jeden Tag das gleiche, Arepa, Ei, ein Minischälchen mit Papaya und Banane. Die Preisgestaltung ist undurchsichtig, sowohl uns als auch Freunden wurde am Ende höhere Preise genannt als bei booking.com angezeigt und wurden erst nach Reklamation zurückgenommen auf die vereinbarte Summe. Das Chalet ist nachts zugig und kalt, keine Isolation, in der Region hat es nachts 10-12 Grad und im Chalet ist es kaum wärmer. Die Decke besteht aus einem Bettlaken und einer dünnen Fliessdecke, viel zu wenig für die kalte Bude. Das Dach besteht aus dünnem Plastik und man hört bei Regen jeden Tropfen - und in der Region regnet praktisch jeden Tag und/oder Nacht. Der Aufenthaltsraum für Frühstück usw. im Hotel wird mit Kameras überwacht, keine Privatsphäre möglich, sowohl für die Gäste als auch für das Personal.
