Pros:

I did not stay there. They closed the reception at 5pm on Sat and I could not get in.

Cons:

The place is very dodgy. Run down with questionable tenants and security guy. Seemed very unsafe.

Understand what you actually get for the price
Pros:

The staff was friendly, but they were dealing with a very rundown property, a bad location, and an clientele that are there because it's the cheapest place in the area.

Cons:

Everything other than the office staff. The fights outside the room, the hairs that came with the bathroom (when my wife is blonde, I'm bald, and there is long/black hair in the sink/shower..), the bugs, the lack of Internet that you could actually connect to ... Basically stay here as a last resort.

Only the convenience of stores and eateries nearby, the desk person was very good and deserves a raise, other than that I was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the great difficulty I had using the card key to enter the room, additionally the television service was very poor, had to ask for remote controls several times

El personal un poco tardado y el cuarto sucio mi esposa se quitó sus zapatos en menos de un minuto sus calcetines negros como si nunca ubieran limpiado
