Lovely traditional inn with a real southern feel. Care and attention was exceptional, lovely room and wine hour with music just great, would stay again.
Nothing.
Sehr guter Parkservice, freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, hervorragende Lage
Sehr laute Klimaanlage, Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Betten eher unbequem
Perfect location in walking distance of all things. The history of the building is very interesting as well as the city. Staff was wonderful
Nothing, loved it

Breakfast was fantastic! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful.
The only complaint I have is the bed could have been more comfortable. I feel like the mattress needed replacing.
Location and history
The bathroom was poorly cleaned, the aircon was SO loud that had to have it turned og and so were very hot. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Light seeping in way too much from corridor
Everything
Nothing
Valet parking was nice. $45 was a little much but worth it to avoid trying to get a space.
No fridge in room.
The staff were phenomenal, very friendly and helpful. I explained our need to be near an elevator because of a physical limitation and they changed to room that had been assigned to one that met this need on check-in. The valet parking worked very well. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were very accommodating.
The room was extremely small. I would have preferred having a coffee maker in the room rather than having to dress and go downstairs to get morning coffee.
Room was very clean and comfortable
Granted we went in the middle of the HOT summer where it was well above 90deg outside. That being said, I love a very cold room and the AC just couldn't get the temp below 72deg. I set the thermostat at 67 when we got there and it stayed on the entire 2 days we were there. In the daytime it would get up to 75deg and at night down to 72. I know that is perfectly fine for most people but I am very hot and sweat a lot so it wasn't ideal, but that's just me! :) Also the TV was not a smart TV, and it went out a few times while we were watching a show at night.
every night event was going on was nice. With
Free wine and cheese.
Location was good.
Breakfast wasn't that special
