Komfortables Hotel mit guter Lage
Pros:

Das Essen in diesem Hotel war einfach super! Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig, Abendessen war auch sehr lecker aber etwas teuer.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht steuern. Im Zimmer war es zu warm.
Personal an der Rezeption sprach kein Englisch. Für 4-5-Sterne Hotel erwartet man, dass das Personal zumindest an der Rezeption Englisch spricht.

- fast robot delivery of drinks, ordered via wechat

- AC did not cool the room at all, despite blasting air (in both rooms)
- only 3 elevators for the whole hotel, long waiting times
- area around hotel is rather desolate, metro access not super convenient

Bed was comfortable, toilet and bath are separate with high tech bidet. Robot deliveries. Helpful staff. Complimentary tea and coffee were good.

Stayed 6 nights. Good stay except front office as they have an issue on communication
Pros:

Staff not friendly at all. My booking was disputed as they had used another reference. Front office needs vast improvement in customer service
