Really helpful staff, well located and clean hotel!
Pros:

I stopped here for a night because I needed a place right next to Sentral station, and this place is at the entrance of the nu mall and had great reviews. Very convenient location and spotless rooms with all the basic things you need in them. Good AC and lovely big mirror. Good shower water pressure. The receptionist warned me a room with a window would be noisy but considering its location in a busy station area I wasn’t bothered by noise much at all. Surrounded by lots of Indian paces to eat and street stalls, gets quite buzzing at night. But also the nu mall across the street has lots of chain restaurants and shops if that’s more your thing. Staff were so lovely and helpful during my stay and even before. The main positive experience I had was they were really helpful when I asked if I could have a valuable object couriered to them by a different hotel before I even checked in - they confirmed by WhatsApp they were happy to receive it and asked for appropriate details to ensure it was safely received. Ultimately I did not need to use this option, but was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to assist. Also WhatsApp contact responses very fast. Thanks again!

Pros:

Location is excellent. Rooms are small. Not enough shelves or tables for luggage. No place in toilet for soap and toothbrush

Cons:

I was concerned with fire regulations and exit signs in case of fire. I didn't see any evacuation plans in rooms and did not know where the stairs were.

Pros:

This hotel is in the PERFECT location. The KL SENTRAL is right across the street. You couldn't ask for anything better. The staff was VERY kind and helpful. They even booked a car to take us to the airport at 3:00 AM. Room was extremely clean and when we asked for extra bottles of water, they happily agreed. It has all the amenities that we needed and more. Quiet room with good insulation. Staff was very responsive to me when I was asking question before the trip. Thoughtful, competent gentlemen that went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when I return to Kuala Lumpur.

Pros:

住宿跟KL SENTRAL很近，過天橋就到了。附近也有KK便利商店。

Cons:

房間比預期小很多，行李頂多開兩個，靠近馬路有點雜吵。房間油煙味很重。房間沒有提供吹風機，還要跟櫃台領取。

Good hotel with nice location in Brickfields next to KL Central
Pros:

I stayed in a family room with two double beds at the beginning of my stay for two nights. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room is very neat at 20 m² and very clean. That linen was good quality vivid white and very comfortable. The bathroom is basic with an instant hot water heater. The room had a window facing the main street and opposite the escalator up to KL Central.
Later I moved into a double room, which was smaller and again very comfortable.
The hotel is very good value, exceptionally clean, good staff, comfortable and has basic bathroom features. I enjoyed the rooftop L garden sitting in the lounge and the late afternoon.

Cons:

Only criticism I have is that I noticed in the double room 421 There is no smoke detector and I wonder if this is the case for rooms in the extended part of the hotel. Another observation is there no emergency exit sign to lead people to the fire exit in the event of emergency - the floor did have fire extinguishers and water hose reel. I feel management should address these and uplift and be compliant with standards.

Accessibility to the KL central train station is walking distance and convenient via the NU mall.
