De sympathie van het personeel en de locatie van het hotel was idealiter! Prijs was zeer goedkoop!

Was super, had enkel nog iets idealer geweest als er wat airco was in deze zeer warme temperaturen.

Très déçu de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre minuscule, extrêmement étroite et pas très propre. En plus de ça, la fenêtre était cassée et il était impossible de capter correctement le Wi-Fi gratuit.

Le plus décevant reste l’accueil. En regardant sur Booking, nous avons vu qu’il restait plusieurs chambres disponibles. Je suis donc allé à la réception pour demander s’il était possible de changer de chambre, même en payant un supplément. La dame de l’accueil a refusé en disant qu’il n’y avait plus de disponibilité, alors que ce n’était clairement pas le cas.

C’était pourtant notre troisième séjour chez eux… mais ce sera le dernier.

Pros:

La literie est très confortable, et le reste bien dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

Beaucoup de tapage nocturne dans la rue le vendredi soir. Le samedi soir, tapage dans le couloir et aucune intervention. Ils ont réveillé tout l'hôtel. Aucun passage dans la chambre pour changer les essuies ni refaire les lits alors que le tarif est identique. Il y avait juste 2 dosettes de café pour une chambre double pour 2 nuits et ni lait ni sucre. Les étagères étaient poussiéreuses. Aucune chaîne francophone à la télévision. Pas mauvais dans l'ensemble mais un peu déçue.
