J’ai passé un séjour magnifique à Madère avec ma fille. Nous avons passé de très beaux moments dans cet hôtel, où tout était parfait. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins.

Very nice pools, especially warm insade pool. Beautiful garden and little banana trees forest. Big room. Nice surroundings with a pedestrian path along the ocean.
One bed was creaky. Breakfast was good, but I don’t recommend dinner.

I enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which had plenty of sun loungers, as well as the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
The breakfast buffet was good, with a reasonable selection of food, including porridge, cheese, ham, eggs, yoghurt, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, baked beans, bread and fruit. However, the selection was the same every day, so a little more variety would have been appreciated.
The location was convenient, with a shopping centre directly across the road, including a supermarket and an affordable buffet café.
My room was spacious and had a small kitchenette and a fridge, which was useful. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day if requested. There was entertainment every day except Sunday, and the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Unfortunately, my room was located on a corner facing the roads, so there was quite a lot of traffic noise. I had to keep the balcony door closed most of the time to reduce the noise. I was also bitten by a mosquito during my stay.
