If you intend to arrive out of normal business hours (08:30-17:00) please confirm your arrival time with The Town House so they can make sure the duty manager can meet you.

If booking on the day of arrival, please call to confirm your booking.

For reservations of more than 3 nights or more than 2 rooms, The Town House will charge a deposit.

A welcome pack including basic breakfast items is included in the the room rate.

Really good location. Central to main pub, to shopping area and the bus connections. Close to Port. Easy to get to on

Property is excellent. Location is perfect. Spotlessly clean. Good facilities in room.

Easy access, great communication and some really nice touches offered in the pre arrival questionnaire.

Highly recommend this place. Plenty of TV options including Sky Sports via the Smart TV.

Cons:

Little dated but that’s the same everywhere. Overall, nothing to note.

A very enjoyable stay in Douglas, aided by the comfortable accomodation.
Pros:

Apartment was located on the promenade overlooking the bay, close to all amenities. Facilities within the unit were adequate.

Cons:

Hard to pick a fault. Maybe the lift could be updated as it was very slow.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The service was excellent, friendly, couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept. With the dining table we were able to have family from the island over for takeaway with us.

Cons:

Sofa bed mattress was most uncomfortable.

Pros:

Right in the heart of Douglas near ferry terminal. Parking outside. Easy check in and staff brilliant very helpful. Cleaned and towels changed all good. Breakfast basics provided when we arrived. Clean bed very comfortable spacious even with sofa bed in use.
3 of us in one room not a problem for us as a family but may not be ideal for 2 separate couples.
Shower spacious and god power. Would recommend to others.

Cons:

We came for the TT so prices are inflated due to demand. This is the same for all accommodation on the Isle of Man.

Fabulous place, would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Loved this place! Had everything you could think of! I’m always annoyed at lack of hooks, mirrors, irons etc but these small things were all thought of and provided even down to an extendable washing line in the shower!
