Comfortable, spacious, seafront apartment.
Pros:

Location on seafront. Spacious accommodation. Quiet. Well appointed throughout. Immediate response by management to our requests. Comfortable bed. Breakfast provisions- bread, milk, coffee, cereals. Good quality towelling robes and towels.

Cons:

There was a lift inside the building, but there were additional stairs to gain access to our apartment. Not so great when carrying luggage. The bed was very close to the wall, making it a tight squeeze to get in and out.

The Town house was my best stay in more than 20 Booking.com stays.
Location great, spacious, inside all you need for a comfy self catering unit.
And with every questions, the staff was there to assist.
I can recommend: Home form home.

Prime Location
Pros:

Lovely welcome and communication from Jon and his team. Welcome pack was a real treat when you arrived. Home from home feeling ftom start to finish.

Excellent location on the Promenade
Pros:

I had a one-bedroom apartment at the back of the building. If the description of the apartment does not explicitly state sea view then it does not have one. The location on the lovely Douglas Promenade is excellent. There is an M&S Foodhall nearby for stocking up. Nice to walk down the promenade to the Railway Tavern at the end. Some pubs in Douglas are quite rough, e.g. the Wetherspoon nearby. Washing machine in the basement is useful. Pretty expensive I thought for non-sea view but I appreciate it's tough to run a hotel at a profit these days.

Really good location. Central to main pub, to shopping area and the bus connections. Close to Port. Easy to get to on

Easy access, great communication and some really nice touches offered in the pre arrival questionnaire.

Highly recommend this place. Plenty of TV options including Sky Sports via the Smart TV.
