Zimmer sind sauber, gross genug und geräumig.

Frühstück inkl. , aka Amerikanisches Frühstück bedeutet Kaffe & Chilaquiles oder Rührei ist inkl.
Sobald man keinen Kaffee möchte, zahlt man drauf.
Sobald man ein Brot möchte zahlt man drauf.
Und das nicht günstig, am besten gleich woanders frühstücken.

Accueil tres desagreable par un monsieur au petit dejeuner.
Petit dejeuner ne peut pas s appeler petit dejeuner vu le peu de choix dans ce qui est inclut, et les portions sont ridiculement petites.
Pas d oreiller.
Une porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas.
La robinetterie dans un etat catastrophique , un filet d eau pour se laver.

Primero llegamos a una habitación qué tenia ventana a la calle y había algo de ruido pero informamos al personal y nos cambiaron a una mucho mejor habitación

The connection of wifi and the kindness of Ms. Jaque and Mr. Angel.

When I made the booking online, the only option available was a twin-bed room because there were two of us staying in the room, so I selected that option. However, when we arrived, Ms. Jaque told us that our room had been upgraded. I do not understand how it was considered an upgrade when the booking showed a twin-bed room, but we were given a queen-bed room instead.

I also looked at some of the neighboring rooms and found that they were much nicer. Unfortunately, the room assigned to us appeared to be one of the least attractive rooms in the property.

Another disappointing issue was the bathroom. The top part of the bathroom wall was open, making it far from private. Whenever someone used the toilet, the odor spread throughout the room.

The breakfast was also disappointing. We were served only one small portion of eggs. When we requested an additional order, we were charged extra for it.

Lastly, the water from both the faucet and the shower was very cold. We had to report the issue to the receptionist, and we were told that they needed to adjust something in another room before hot water would become available in our room.
