Sunny Padstow
Pros:

Beautifully appointed with lots of little extras. Wonderful, friendly host. Easy walk to Padstow Harbour.

Had a good few days in Padstow and the acomodation was great
Pros:

Did not include breakfast. Location very central and with free parking and easy access to walk down to the harbour and town centre . Really good location for the harbour and also other locations in Cornwall and a lovely and helpful Landlady

Really enjoyed our stay with Kim. She is lovely.
Pros:

Kim is an amazing host. Everything you could ask for refreshment wise. If there is something missing from the huge range, ask Kim & she will endeavour to get it for you. Wi-Fi was great, as was the shower. Beautiful soft towels. Location was good for padstow. Great pub to go to. Especially the shipwrights. Not far from a garden centre for a great breakfast! It also seemed about 45 minutes to other destinations that we wanted to visit.

Cons:

Unfortunately, for us oldies, it was quite difficult trekking back to the accommodation due to the very steep hills. (Mountains)! Accommodation & Kim was perfect.

A perfect stay with a warm welcome, great local tips and everything we needed.
Pros:

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Kim’s place in Padstow. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Kim was incredibly warm and welcoming and immediately made us feel at home.

On arrival, she gave us a quick tour of the room and shared plenty of great recommendations for the local area, which we really appreciated. She was also always available if we had any questions, which made the stay even more comfortable.

The room itself was spotless, cosy and had everything we needed.

We would 100% recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Padstow, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Beautiful base from which to enjoy Padstow and explore the local area.
Pros:

The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from the harbour but close to the main route out of the town making exploring the area easy.
The room is comfortable, very clean and stocked with an incredibly generous supply of refreshments and toiletries.
Kim is the perfect hostess, providing all the info and advice you might need to make the most of your stay and even welcomed us with a bottle of fizz to start our stay in style!

This isn't a complaint, but it was a trail up the hill for us older people. That isn't a serious problem, but it meant we found it was a toil to go back to get changed.

Fabulous accommodation in lovely Padstow.
Pros:

Very lovely accommodation where the host,Kim, has thought of everything. Spotlessly clean the double bed is very comfy, the bathroom has toilet, sink, walk in shower cubicle with toiletries galore. If you’ve forgotten it Kim will of thought of it. Car parking space in front of property and a leisurely 10 minute stroll into padstow.

Nothing to dislike.
