Excellent place to stay in Padstow with free parking. Kim has thought of everything you could ever need -and more. There are so many teas and coffees- great to get the decaf options too thank you. The room was lovely and everything was good quality. Great to have a little fridge in the room with milk and water. Kim even provided croissants and dishes and spoons for cereal so we didn’t need to go out for breakfast . Kim is a great host -so helpful and with good recommendations. We loved Padstow, and being able to walk down into the town and harbour and back was a big bonus. There are some lovely beaches in the area to drive to too- on the estuary and on the Coast. Would definitely return if we’re in the area again.

The room is modern and exceptionally clean with plenty of amenities. More team and coffee options than all the cafes in town put together. Kim is a lovely host and happy to make local recommendations. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks.

Lovely welcome by our host Kim, and we were shown all the amenities/room/ensuite. The room had lots and lots of goodies, wayyy better than most hotels. We were recommended the Jubilee Queen Boat from Padstow harbour by the host, which was a lovely 90 minute journey, along the coast. We saw Dolphins, seals, puffins, and more. Great location with parking, 10 min walk into town. It is hilly, but then it is Cornwall. We managed to leave some clothes on departure, and the host kindly sent them to us :) Thanks Kim!

Kim is a great host - helped us with suggestions for multiple Cornwall places to visit. Room was very clean and comfortable for the duration of our stay. Walking access to Padstow is great.

We stayed here at the end of March for a couple of nights as a young couple. The location is only a short walk from the harbour and the room was very clean and comforting. Kim was very accommodating and had absolutely everything you could ever need in the room for you. We even left some belongings there by accident and she posted them back to us which was lovely for her to do. I would recommend staying here to couples that want to visit padstow, and we would definitely book again.

Did not include breakfast. Location very central and with free parking and easy access to walk down to the harbour and town centre . Really good location for the harbour and also other locations in Cornwall and a lovely and helpful Landlady

Kim is an amazing host. Everything you could ask for refreshment wise. If there is something missing from the huge range, ask Kim & she will endeavour to get it for you. Wi-Fi was great, as was the shower. Beautiful soft towels. Location was good for padstow. Great pub to go to. Especially the shipwrights. Not far from a garden centre for a great breakfast! It also seemed about 45 minutes to other destinations that we wanted to visit.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Kim’s place in Padstow. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Kim was incredibly warm and welcoming and immediately made us feel at home.

On arrival, she gave us a quick tour of the room and shared plenty of great recommendations for the local area, which we really appreciated. She was also always available if we had any questions, which made the stay even more comfortable.

The room itself was spotless, cosy and had everything we needed.

We would 100% recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Padstow, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
