Pros:

Location the airport was great. Restaurant on site was convenient. Room was spacious and the bed monstrous and comfortable.
The shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient.

Cons:

The staff were not English speaking which made it hard to converse.
The menu in the restaurant was all Chinese so it was pot luck when it came to order.
We didn't get the feeling that they catered to westerners.

Overall okay to book a one night stay if need to catch a flight the next day
Pros:

Location was near airport and they provide free shuttle service to and from airport and hotel. Room was comfy and clean, a bit small but just nice for 1-2 person for a standard room. No eateries nearby so have to Meituan and the staff will send the food up via robot

Breakfast spread was not extensive

It was good overall.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. There was a vast variety of choices. It included breakfast food as well as Chinese food.

Cons:

The shuttle to Disney only went and came back at 1 time per day. I picked the hotel because of the shuttle. We were unable to take it because the times were inconvenient.

Bus is on time thankfully .. rest is nostalgic
Pros:

Short stay, luckily. Hotel is OK spot for the one night stay before take off at Pudong. It is very simple but the most important thing "the bus" is on time.....

Overall day was good. The shuttle situation was frustrating to say the least.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and was able to accommodate us speaking English.

Cons:

Could not contact the property for airport pick up. We were at the designated pick up area at the appropriate time however a shuttle was not on site. We had to wait another hour for the next shuttle. Tried to call the property several times and was unable to connect. The property also states they have a shuttle to and from Disney, however, there was only one shuttle in the morning and one in the evening. Stating that there was a shuttle to Disney seemed a bit misleading, considering it was just one in the morning and then one at night. We had to book our own transportation to and from Disney and were not expecting to do that.
