Schönes, modernes Hotel in toller Lage mit überteuerten Preisen.
Pros:

Schönes, geräumiges, modernes Zimmer mit Balkon und Meersicht.
Gutes Frühstück.

Schöne Lage direkt am Meer mit kleinem Kiesstrand und fussläufig zum Hafen.

Cons:

- teure Gebühr für das Parken bei ohnehin teuren Zimmerpreisen
- Parkplätze ohne Sonnenschutz
- Pflegeprodukte bereits bei Ankunft leer und im Verlauf nicht aufgefüllt
- Service teils mangelnd (Organisation von Tennis- Stunden zugesagt und dann nicht eingehalten)
- wenige Liegen am Strand, die stets frühmorgens von den Gästen mittels Handtüchern „reserviert“ und erst nach Sonnenuntergang freigegeben wurden.
- hohe Preise für Getränke und Speisen

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen. Schöner Platz direkt am Meer. Kiesstrand mit glasklarem Wasser. Schöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick. Großzügiges Zimmer, schönes Interieur. Super Bett, gute Kissen. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. (Die Portionen der bestellbaren Frühstücks-Komponenten könnten kleiner ausfallen, damit man mehrere verschiedene Speisen kosten kann:-)
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wenn auch teilweise etwas unorganisiert (mehrfaches Nachfragen nach Getränkewünschen durch verschiedene Mitarbeiter:innen).
Die komfortablen Liegen und die hübschen Häkel-Sonnenschirme haben uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Der Außenbereich wirkt noch unfertig, einige Pflanztröge sind verwahrlost. Mit mehr Pflanzen auch zwischen den Liegen könnte die große Terrassenfläche Struktur und Privatsphäre erhalten.
Verbesserungsbedarf sehen wir auch im Spa-Bereich: mangelnde Lüftung und Beleuchtung sowie hygienische Probleme.
Schade fanden wir auch, dass das Hundeverbot im Wasser am Hotelstrand und bei den Poolduschen nicht konsequent durchgesetzt wurde.

Der Service war stets bemüht, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider das "Pech", dass wir auf unserer Terrasse ein Vogelnest hatten und die ganze Terrasse hin zum Infinity Pool jeden Tag sehr oft verdreckt (Vogelkacke) war und wir diesen Bereich somit nicht nutzen konnten. Obwohl wir extra dieses Zimmer gebucht hatten und es mehr kostete. :(

Un soggiorno piacevole con alcune ombre

La zona della piscina molto rilassante e piacevole; piscina riscaldata e ottima musica.

Cons:

Il primo giorno abbiamo dovuto sollecitare la pulizia della camera non essendo ancora stata pulita alle 16.30; il secondo giorno non hanno pulito la stanza. E’ stato molto spiacevole e non accettabile in un hotel a 5 stelle ( che in effetti in generale avrebbe le potenzialità per essere un 5 stelle, ma di fatto non lo è ). Da migliorare la qualità della colazione e il cibo del ristorante è mediocre.

Pros:

Sehr schön gestyltes Hotel, in guter Lage zu Strand und Altstadt

Cons:

Jacuzzi steht im Ruheraum und ist laut. Obwohl es von niemanden genutzt wurde, kann das Personal die lauten Pumpen nicht ausmachen. Outdoorpool war Anfang Mai kaum geheizt und kaum gereinigt

Peaceful and relaxing
Pros:

A very peaceful and comfortable stay which left us feeling relaxed and refreshed . Our room had a lovely peaceful view over the sea and pine trees. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with Croatian wines and a very tasty and generous breakfast. The pool and saunas were excellent and very clean. The staff were all friendly, warm, efficient and helpful which made our stay extra special. We wish we could have stayed longer !
