Pros:

O café da manhã era muito bom! A moda chinesa. O conforto da cama e os travesseiros. A localização.

Cons:

O staff fala pouco inglês, e recorre aos tradutores simultâneos. Não é um problema, apenas uma observação, até porque são muito gentis e se esforçam para resolver os problemas. Precisei trocar de quarto pois no que fiquei inicialmente tinha cheiro de cigarro.

Overall a nice value for money, but I don't recommend this place if you're new to Shanghai
Pros:

The hotel itself and the rooms are really very stylish. Everything was super clean and new. Amazing breakfast!

Cons:

The location wasn't perfect as described in many reviews. First of all, you have to walk a lot in the area to reach metro (11 min walking! and over the bridge) or to have normal coffee/grocery stores. Second of all, even though they're providing only non-smoking rooms, I had a strong tobacco smell from the previous guest, when I entered the room. Even the window was open to get rid of that smell. This is disgusting and the hotel shouldn't be managed like that.

Confortable mais ne vaut pas son prix.
Pros:

Le service de Nettoyage des vêtements gratuit est un plus. Les lits sont très confortables.

Cons:

Chambre très petite par rapport à Atour de Nandan Road pourtant au même prix. La salle de bain et wc sont très mal agencé pas d’intimité aux wc ni pour se préparer devant le lavabo puisque c’est à l’entrée de la chambre. A la réception ils ne parlent pas un mot d’anglais et sont un peu lent à comprendre même quand on fait la traduction..

Cama excelente, desayuno chino completo y bueno, la peor atención al cliente de toda china.
Pros:

La cama y almohadas comodísimas. El desayuno (estilo chino) muy bueno.

Cons:

El trato y la atención son realmente pésimos. La recepción no solo no habla nada de inglés para ser una cadena de hoteles, sino que ademas la mala voluntad para comunicarse es desesperante y contrasta con la hospitalidad característica china. Además hemos tenido otros inconvenientes y la respuesta por parte de atención al cliente fue realmente una vergüenza.

Pros:

Главное достоинство в том что отель находится у реки.
Вежливый персонал, при встрече всегда здороваются.
Хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Главный минус это все то же расположение : магазинов продуктовых по близости нет, до метро порядочно идти.
Окно в номере есть для галочки, видно в него как я понимаю окно другого номера расположенного напротив через метра два крыши (тут надо было заплатить побольше с видом из окна на реку).
Неудобная ванная комната слишком уж узкая во входной группе.
Плохо закрывающаяся входная дверь, которой надо хлопнуть, чтобы нормально её закрыть.
