Si pero no me pusieron ropa de cama en la cama supletoria que necesitaba y querían que me esperara al día siguiente para usar, no usarla una noche, tuve que pedir la ropa y finalmente me la hice yo, pero les costó entender mi necesidad

Very good
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was great — the room was comfortable, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options. I also really liked the key card system and the easy access it provided throughout the hotel.

Cons:

The only thing I did not appreciate was the security deposit that was charged upon arrival, as this was not clearly mentioned when I made the reservation.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Perfect location if you’re in town for downtown events or anything happening at the Toyota Center

Cons:

They have NO FREE PARKING. Valet was $35/day and $58/overnight. The Toyota Center parking garage is across the street and is not free. There were a couple of lots nearby but no free parking anywhere close to the hotel.

It was clean

Cons:

There is a club or restaurant of some type right next to it and there was music playing all night couldn’t sleep. There is no parking unless you pay $70 a night.

Dirty room had not been clean or sanitized!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staff had opportuinty to correct issues They fell to do so! No General Manager, Supervisor, Or Housekeeping personnel available! Was told the Hotel was booked. All they had to do was clean the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! went out for several hours only to discover they had not clean the room!!!!!!!!!!!! Just awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So So upsetting for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
