The location is very nice on the cliffs. The room was soundproofed so very quiet.

Cons:

Seaview isn't really Seaview when it's blocked by trees. If you sell a room with seaview you should at least keep the trees around the hotel maintened so the view is not blocked.
We mainly visited the hotel for enjoying the restaurant. After booking the room on booking.com we received a questionnaire from the hotel itself which included fields to book a table in the restaurant. I read that the restaurant is refined and high quality so we were excited to eat there for our anniversary. After check-in I asked the reception staff to confirm at which time I had booked the table. He answered quite bluntly 'you can't have a reservation because the restaurant is closed on Monday.' When asking why their website allows me to book on a closure day, I was that he had no idea an can't do anything. Closed is closed, but an apology would be appropriate or at least take the trouble to see why I was able to make a reservation. A recommendation for a nearby restaurant would also be nice. So we spend 2 hrs driv8ng around after 18.00 to find a table 2 town further.
Bottom line, if you charge these kind of prices I would expect you are capable of managing your booking systems, apparently that's to much to ask for. Disappointing.

Bel endroit niveau situation.par contre dîner très cher à la carte.prix non annoncés lors de la commande on se retrouve avec une note salée à l arrivée sans avoir eu connaissance des prix.hors sur le site on annonce un menu entrée plat dessert..petit déjeuner correct mais ne vaut pas 25e par personne rien d exceptionnel

Dépaysement et deconnection total, endroit merveilleux mais peu mieux faire pour la propreté.
Pros:

Merveilleux emplacement. Vue magnifique. Personnel à l'écoute.

Cons:

Propreté limite de la douche et moquette avec tâches suspectes, pas de savon à main, petit dejeuner cher. Pas de télévision qui était en panne et aucun geste commercial en retour.

pas de pain sans gluten au petit déjeuner malgré trois demandes et la confirmation la veille que je pourrais en avoir... très en colère. Le petit déjeuner m'a été offert, heureusement. Son coût de 25 euros est trop cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé et par rapport à d'autres hôtels
mauvaise communication entre les personnels.
vrombissement type VMC mal réglée toute la nuit. Affreux... toiles d'araignées dans la salle de bain

Chambre top, manque d'informations concernant le jaccuzy.

En revanche, je ne sais pas si cela est précisé dans l'annonce, mais je n'y avais pas fait attention. D'ailleurs, plusieurs personnes que j'ai rencontrées pendant mon séjour ont eu la même surprise que moi.
Si vous logez dans le bâtiment Les Hirondelles, le sauna et le jacuzzi ne se trouvent pas sur place. Il faut sortir du bâtiment, passer une grille et remonter toute une rue pour rejoindre le bâtiment principal de l'hôtel où se trouvent les installations de bien-être.
J'ai été un peu déçue, car je pensais, comme dans la plupart des hôtels, que le jacuzzi et le sauna étaient accessibles directement depuis le bâtiment où se trouve la chambre. Ce n'est pas un problème majeur, mais c'est une information qui, selon moi, mérite d'être davantage mise en avant afin d'éviter toute mauvaise surprise.

Da habe ich mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Die Lage wirklich sehr schön, das Appartement, hier Atelier genannt leider nicht wirklich sauber, leicht muffig, ein fragwürdiger Bodenbelag, der sehr schmuddelig war, man konnte vor der Tür auf sehr unbequemen Metallstühlen sitzen. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt ungepflegt.
Das Restaurant ist hübsch eingerichtet und wirkt modern. Leider ist das angebotene 3Gang Menü auf einem eher schlechten Niveau und bietet nur 2 Alternativen pro Gang.
Das Personal wirkte extrem überfordert, obwohl nur 6 Paare im zu Gast waren.
Schade, hier wäre wirklich Potential , sei es im Ort nicht mal ein Restaurant gibt.
