Pros:

It is 10 min walk from mall of asia and SMX. Two convenience stores are nearby. A Chinese restaurant is also nearby. The property has wifi and smart TV, so you can definitely chill. The owner is very accommodating.

I really wanted to be honest as much as I can. Actually, I had a rather disappointing experience at this unit. Several things weren’t functioning properly.
We left to attend a concert and we turned off the AC, but when we returned, we cannot turn it on. We informed the owner, and he instructed us but still it didn't work. No Fan as well, so we endured not having any comfort until we check out. Second, lightbulbs in the bedroom and living area are not functioning.The pillows and bed were uncomfortable as well, and they actually felt a bit itchy. Me and my sister tend to have a sensitive skin, so after taking a quick nap in the bed, we instantly got skin rashes.On top of that, there were no basic amenities like soap, shampoo and toothpaste provided, which was really inconvenient. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectation. I experience a lot staying on different hotels, and AirBnb units, but this so far is the worst. I won't be returning.
