Accurate flight details are mandatory, failing which hotel cannot guarantee the reservation. Maximum duration of the stay should be 48 hours, as per airport security rules & regulation. Please note that passengers entering Terminal 2 from Mumbai city can access the hotel 24 hours prior to the flight departure. Passengers can access the hotel with their luggage after scanning procedures as per airport security rules and regulation. Please note that guests with valid onward flight tickets can exit terminal 2 after check-in to the hotel. Valid passport/ ID proof is required to access the hotel facilities. Pros:

Second time staying here. This makes perfect sense if you are an anxious traveller or travelling with kids (In order to avoid uncertainties of traffic or other unexpected situations while travelling with children). Easy instructions given by the hotel on how to reach. It is in the T2 terminal building itself.

Cons:

NOT exactly a negative, but needs to be pointed out. While leaving, if you want to stay inside the terminal building, you need to change 3 elevators, just to get to the departure counters (Not that straight forward if you are not familiar with the airport building, but you can always ask someone). Alternatively, you leave the building, short walk across the road inside (50 metres - but inside the airport premises. Don't worry. No traffic.) to the outside elevators (which are almost always busy and full), then just one elevator ride up, and you reach the normal departure building (which you use, when normally catching a flight).
Since you have already been cleared by security while entering the building, do not see the need to be checked again by security and the continuous change of elevators.

The hotel was clean, quiet, convenient, and reasonably priced.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at the Niranta Transit Hotel. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. I would especially like to recognize Duty Manager, Samleep, who went above and beyond to help me. Since my flight connection would not allow me to have breakfast the following morning, he understood my situation and kindly arranged an earlier check-in. His understanding, professionalism, and customer-focused attitude made a big difference and showed excellent management skills.

Despite the initial check-in experience, I had a very good stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, convenient, and reasonably priced. The excellent service provided by the duty manager ultimately left me with a positive impression of the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience at check-in with a receptionist named Sarvesh was disappointing. He was quite inflexible and did not seem interested in understanding my situation, despite my having a confirmed reservation and having communicated in advance that I hoped to check in as early as possible. Instead of exploring possible solutions, he directed me outside to the luggage storage area. I felt he was not listening to my concerns and was not particularly helpful. Thankfully, the issue was later resolved by the duty manager.

Perfect.
Pros:

The hotel was perfect for our needs. We had 7 hours between flights and got dinner and a room for a nap in between. The team was friendly and helpful, One of them, Megna Sninde, even led us through the airport labyrinth to the departure hall, thanks once more !

Some of the in-room amenities were not clean.
The rooms were located outside the main terminal building (3-4 minutes walk), however the check-in process was completed inside the terminal building in the hotel’s lobby.
