Accurate flight details are mandatory, failing which hotel cannot guarantee the reservation. Maximum duration of the stay should be 48 hours, as per airport security rules & regulation. Please note that passengers entering Terminal 2 from Mumbai city can access the hotel 24 hours prior to the flight departure. Passengers can access the hotel with their luggage after scanning procedures as per airport security rules and regulation. Please note that guests with valid onward flight tickets can exit terminal 2 after check-in to the hotel. Valid passport/ ID proof is required to access the hotel facilities. Exceptional Location & service
Pros:

Of course the Location convenience & access to the Terminals. The exceptional service we received at exiting where the lady staff literally took us by hand leading us to the departure terminal and making sure the luggage’s were checked in without any hassle whatsoever! Never expected such service. Sorry I can’t recollect her name.

They made us go through security check and it's formalities at one terminal and then informed us that's not the correct one, and then made us go through another security for another location, they could have sumy checked before and informed us, so check in took us more than 30-40 mins

Pros:

My flight schedule changed from 9:00 AM to early morning at 5:00 AM, but the hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful. They kindly packed breakfast for my journey, which was a really thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Bed was comfy, shower was great.
Room was a decent size

Cons:

There was a lack of information on how the hotel works. Once you enter, you cannot leave unless it’s to the arrivals area for food. There are no windows. The light in the wardrobe wouldn’t turn off.

Convenient place when you need to catch a next flight the next day
Pros:

After an exhausting flight it is quite convenient to have a place to sleep on the terminal itself, especially if your next flight is the very next day.

Additionally, the flexibility of this hotel (check in and check out times) is absolutely great. They allowed me to check out quite late because I checked in in the middle of the night.

Cons:

The AC was quite noisy. The rooms are a little tiny and since there are no windows, it feels a bit claustrophibic.
