Pros:

Posizione centralissima, comoda per spostarsi a piedi sia verso la parte "vecchia" che la parte nuova; parcheggio nelle vicinanze gratuito

Cons:

Sicuramente il wifi nelle camere sarebbe stato perfetto e anche l'ascensore per arrivare ai piani ma è tutto menzionato durante la prenotazione quindi si è già informati.
Un po' limitati e limitanti gli orari di check-in e check-out ma tutto si può organizzare
