Skiathos Thalassa Cape Hotel, Philian Hotels and Resorts

Great service! We arrived early in the morning, the hotel stuff welcomed us with a smile and accommodated us for the whole day. Very nice beach with sunbeds and umbrella. Very clean and spacious room.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία από την πρώτη μέχρι την τελευταία στιγμή! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο, με όμορφους χώρους και πραγματικά χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα, το πρωινό πολύ καλό και όλο το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πρόθυμο.

Ξεχωριστή αναφορά αξίζει στην Ελένη της ρεσεψιόν. Με το ζεστό της χαμόγελο, τον επαγγελματισμό της και την ειλικρινή διάθεσή της να βοηθήσει, έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Μας έδωσε εξαιρετικές προτάσεις για το νησί, ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι.

Είναι από τους ανθρώπους που κάνουν τη διαφορά σε ένα ξενοδοχείο. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και θα το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε φίλους και γνωστούς. Ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία!

We enjoyed the spacious room, always clean and comfortable. We also liked the friendly, polite and caring staff. The food was delicious too and at breakfast we found it hard to choose among so many and different choices! We had a wonderful holiday with our son and we enjoyed the sea, the trees, chilling out at the restaurant and walking to the town. The view is amazing from the top of a narrow street climbing the hill to the town.

Siamo arrivati in hotel piuttosto demoralizzati dopo 2 ore di ritardo da parte del traghetto: la cortesia, la disponibilità e l'accoglienza da parte dello staff, soprattutto di Eleni, hanno dato una svolta in positivo al nostro soggiorno. Eleni, Mikaela e Kathleen sono state meravigliose, ci hanno fornito consigli utili per vivere la vacanza secondo i nostri gusti e ci hanno consigliato un noleggio auto e un giro in barca che hanno soddisfatto totalmente le nostre aspettative.

Unser Aufenthalt im Thalassa Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung, hat unsere Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel aber leider nicht vollständig erfüllt.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich vor allem das Personal an der Rezeption. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Auch die Zimmer hatten eine angenehme Größe und das Bett war sehr bequem, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Highlight – eine große Auswahl, gute Qualität und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend, da man die Stadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Leider gab es aber auch einige Punkte, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich getrübt haben. Sowohl in unserem Badezimmer als auch im Zimmer meiner Eltern kam aus dem Abfluss ein unangenehmer, fauliger Geruch, der während des gesamten Aufenthalts störend war.

Das Personal an der Bar war zwar höflich, allerdings musste man meistens selbst auf die Mitarbeiter zugehen, um überhaupt eine Bestellung aufgeben zu können. Der Service wirkte insgesamt eher langsam und wenig aufmerksam.

Besonders enttäuschend fanden wir die Preise für die Sonnenliegen am hoteleigenen Strand. Für ein Set wurden zwischen 25 und 30 Euro verlangt. Für ein Hotel, das direkt am Strand liegt, empfinden wir das als unverschämt. Hätten wir das im Voraus gewusst, hätten wir wahrscheinlich ein günstigeres Hotel gewählt. Stattdessen haben wir unsere Nachmittage lieber in einem Beach Club wenige Meter entfernt verbracht, der sogar günstigere Preise hatte.

Auch der Essensbereich sowie die allgemeine Sauberkeit des Hotels waren eher durchschnittlich und entsprachen unserer Meinung nach nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf.

Alles in allem war es ein gewöhnlicher Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten. Aufgrund der genannten Kritikpunkte würden wir das Hotel allerdings nicht noch einmal buchen.

Struttura carina e in buona posizione perché appena fuori dal centro e sulla spiaggia. Personale molto accogliente e simpatico!

Albergo a 7 minuti a piedi dal centro di Chora. Ottimo Ristorante che ti fa mangiare sul mare. Spiaggia attrezzata con tre file di ombrelloni che la sera diventano comodi PUF x un piacevole aperitivo al tramonto. Prezzi giusti. Unico neo.......bagno in camera piccolo

We had an exceptional stay at Skiathos Thalassa Cape.

Every member of staff was attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. From the front desk team led by Eleni to the restaurant and housekeeping staff and Dimitri at the beach, we felt very well looked after.

The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The food was consistently fresh with plenty of great options to enjoy. The hotel's location is perfect, close by to the town centre, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel also arranged our airport transfers to and from the airport, which made our journey completely stress-free.

One of our favourite features was the beach area. During the day, it offers comfortable sun beds to enjoy the sandy, clear waters of the beach. In the evening, the space is transformed into beachfront couches where you can enjoy cocktails after dinner. We were impressed by the amount of work that goes into creating such a seamless transition every evening.

Finally an extra special mention goes to the resident cat, Frappe, who added an extra touch of charm to our stay!

We had such a wonderful stay that we're already planning our return. We can't wait to come back!

Wow wow wow. I stayed here for my 30th birthday as I was in Skiathos whilst travelling the Greek islands. We were only here for two nights and I would come back in a heartbeat. Stunning hotel, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfy bed and sunbeds. Honestly couldn’t fault it.

La ubicación delante del mar y la atención de todo el personal. Quiero destacar en recepción el trato de Tony, Eleni, Mikaela y Kathleen, y en la playa a Dimitris. Tony y Eleni hablaban español, lo que facilitó nuestra estancia.

The location, the cleanliness , the size of room and terrace. The outstanding care and friendliness of all the staff who were so wonderful. It was a stay for our wedding and they couldn’t do enough for us and our family and friends.
