The Marcus couldn't be more central, it is perfect.
Pros:

Ideal location, right in the centre of town and less than 10 minute walk from the train station. Friendly, welcoming staff, clean, warm and comfortable.

Cons:

My only, minor, gripe was the size of the room, it was tight.
