Absolutely everything.
A party of 4 of us sat in the bar spending a fair amount of money. I’m diabetic and needed to eat. If I’d had a dog with us I could have eaten with the couple on the next table in the bar. Because we didn’t they were insisting I went to the deserted restaurant on my own or uproot the 4 of us to an empty. Proper attitude

The actual positioning of the hotel! Perfection! Right bang in the middle of Portrush and close to shops, entertainment, bars and restaurants!

Our room was great, a fabulous sized TV, and the bed enormous and SO comfy! Bathroom was spotless, the shower a good size and the towels were amazing!
Breakfast choices were excellent .. although the cooked 'fry" was disappointing 😞 However, everything else was perfect!
Unfortunately the shower tray was very narrow and the water didn't drain away very quickly, causing an overflow!
Cheap thin toilet roll! Ridiculous for such a lovely hotel!
Nowhere to hang our wet coats! A couple of hooks on the back of the door ... or on the wall facing the bathroom, would have solved that problem!
We didn't have an evening meal in the hotel as the menu simply didn't suit our taste. A little disappointed that there wasn't a better choice for guests who aren't into Asian type foods.
Great location, room on top floor, breakfast gorgeous with a good selection of gluten free food. Staff were excellent and a real asset to the hotel, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Staff at breakfast were very attentive and helpful particularly with GF options.
