Rooms are nicely decorated and telly is nice and big. Bathroom also nicely done. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Everything was okay. Not bad. But for a Hilton, I expected more. And for the exorbitant price, I expected a whole lot more.
Suggested change - keep snacks available (even if for sale) onsite. Only thing they had were a few token biscuits for the room teas and 7up for sale in the bar. Most Hilton's I've stayed in have a hotel store with snacks, even microwaveable meals and some free cookies or fruit. The hotel right down the street from the Marcus at least had a vending machine with chocolate bars for sale.
Also, if you have a hotel restaurant in a resort area, serve food throughout the day. You're not Gordon Ramsey and no one is coming there just to eat. You're serving "guests", so you should meet their needs and have someone to prepare meals prior to your "opening" time.
Finally, I paid a lot for the room because I had wanted to stay in Portrush onsite for a long time. I'm a Hilton Honors member, so when I found the room, I checked Hilton Honors prices and they were $50+ higher than Booking.com, which was annoying. What benefit is there to being an Honors member if I'm going to get charged more? And I did not get good value for the high price I paid.
The people were nice, so that was good and has to be said.
Either lower your prices or try harder to please your guests. Or both!
