We were greeted and offered an arrival drink which was greatly appreciated. The check in process was completed while we were resting, we were the escorted and show our room. Our bags followed an extra bag rack was supplied to assist during our stay. The concierge went above and beyond to make our stay one of our best during this trip.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant.
Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber das Hotel befindet sich an einer extrem verkehrsreichen engen Straße. Tagsüber, mit Ausnahme der Wochenenden, hat man durchgehend einen Stau vor dem Hotel und alle Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten führen an diesem vorbei. Da die Bürgersteige klein sind oder nicht existieren, muss man Slalom um die Autos gehen. Das Hotel liegt außerdem am fast tiefsten Punkt der Altstadt, so dass alle Wege zu Fuß den Berg hochgehen.
Fabulous location, wonderful breakfast and the staff went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. We needed a doctor and the front desk had one organised almost immediately to come to the hotel. The bell captain was so helpful as were all the staff particularly the front desk staff. We loved the hotel and loved the rooms and the location was such a close walk to all the major sites. Rooms had a great coffee machine and water was replenished daily. Rooms were also very quiet and well appointed. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious and happy stay in Istanbul.

Breakfast was superb! The staff were some of the best hotel staff I have experienced- nothing was too much trouble! The bell captain was exceptional as were the reception staff!

Totul a fost la superlativ. Hotelul este elegant, impecabil, micul dejun excelent, iar locația foarte bună. Întregul personal a fost deosebit de amabil, atent și profesionist, în special echipa de la recepție și Bell Captain, care ne-au făcut să ne simțim cu adevărat bineveniți. O experiență excelentă, cu servicii de 5 stele.
Nu am nimic de menționat. Totul a fost excelent.

We had the most amazing stay at AJWA Sultanahmet. The staff were absolutely beautiful across the whole property. Gorgeous design perfect for Istanbul vibe, walking distance to shops, attractions and great restaurants! Special mention to Hasan who welcomed us and looked after everything we needed through our whole stay. Just wished we had more time. Highly recommend++

Un ringraziamento particolare va al Bell Captain e a tutto il Bell Team, che si sono distinti per una gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità eccezionali. Sempre sorridenti, attenti e pronti ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento, ci hanno fatto sentire accolti e coccolati fin dal nostro arrivo. Sono proprio queste attenzioni a fare la differenza e a rendere un soggiorno davvero speciale.

Hotel atmosphere, quality of furniture, interior. One of the best buildings in the area. Friendly staff. Close to the historical center 15 min walk.
There is no window in the room (family room), only an artificial window. I suppose this must be mentioned in the description because it’s a significant factor.
Breakfast can be more varied for this money, like meat, ham, or salmon on side; cheap sausages are not good.
Had a wonderful experience at the AJWA Sultanahamet hotel. The staff were so helpful and proactive in assisting any query you may have. A special mention for the Bellhop team who happily assisted my mother with her wheelchair needs (wheelchair provided by the hotel).
While the property is not far from central tourist spots it is in a congested area with a few slopes to contend with. When available, the hotel provides complimentary drop off to city centre points.
While you don’t book a holiday to stay in a hotel, the interior was sumptuous and very clean.

To reception and someone would be at your door within 5 mins. The rooms also have a pillow menu including an orthopaedic option. Beds weee very comfortable.
We dined at the restaurant one evening which was lovely and it’s the same space where they serve breakfast- beautiful views. Breakfast was excellent with a very good variety of options this includes table service for tea/coffee and any hot eggs made to order.
Unfortunately I didn’t get time to sample the beautiful spa. Enjoyed everything about this hotel but the best aspect is the staff - they were brilliant! Thank you to the team for making our stay sooo enjoyable!!
