Отличное расположение — многие достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Очень понравились завтраки с красивым видом на воду. Выбор блюд хороший, есть всё необходимое, а также можно заказать дополнительные блюда из меню. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: сотрудники очень внимательные и искренне заботятся о гостях. Каждый день на ресепшене интересовались, всё ли у нас хорошо, нужна ли уборка или какая-либо помощь. Особенно приятно, что сотрудник быстро запомнил номер нашей комнаты и всегда обращался к нам очень внимательно. В номере идеальная чистота и внимание к деталям: каждое полотенце было аккуратно упаковано в отдельный чехол, все вещи размещены на своих местах, даже увеличительное зеркало было защищено чехлом. Также порадовала ванная комната — отличный напор воды и стабильная температура.
Единственное небольшое пожелание — наличие совместной зоны хамама для пар. Однако понимаем, что раздельное посещение является частью местных традиций и культурных особенностей.

Sem reclamações, foram todos ótimos. O transporte na regiao é caótico, apesar de haver taxis, vans, uber sempre a disposição; só o tráfego que é ruim mesmo porém se o objetivo é visitar os principais pontos turisticos é excelente, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Recomendo o uso do Tram para ir ao Galata port que quando nao ha navios atracados vira uma atração à parte.
Très belle décoration locale, service très attentionné, très propre, lit très confortable draps très doux. Très bien placé, on peut tout faire à pied. Excellent petit déjeuner avec une belle vue sur la ville.

The shower was,a bit small
Location is excellent. Rooms were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very good as well. Staff were all very guest focused and helpful.
Lighting the bathroom wasn’t bright enough for me and the hot water in the bathroom sink wasn’t hot and yet the shower was just fine.
Kaldığımız white house çok konforluydu bi grup arkadaş olarak. Dekorasyon çok güzeldi, evde ihtiyacımız olandan fazlasıyla her şey mevcuttu. Hizmet çok kaliteli ve hızlıydı, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severlerdi. Harika bir kahvaltı seçenekleri vardı. Çok güzel manzara eşliğinde keyifle yaptık. Konum olarak harika, ulaşımı çok kolay. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Meu cartao foi cobrado integralmente a estadia semanas antes do check in e ao falar com hotel ainda fui informada que a tarifa era nao reembolsavel e tenho a confirmacao do booking que seria cobrada no ckeck in e era reembolsavel. Ainda bem que nao tive que cancelar. Cuidem ao fazer a reserva. Cuidado com alguns quartos, o meu tinha banheira e meu marido idoso teve dificuldade p entrar.
Excellent restaurant with a great view over the old town and sea. Very good breakfasts. Dinners were also very good. The hotel car which took us to some local sights was really helpful as my wife is disabled. The reception staff, the concierges and luggage staff were all so friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay in the old town within easy reach of the historic centre.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! And the view was perfection. I loved the inlay furniture in our room. The artwork all around the property was amazing. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The concierge, Marie, was especially helpful.

Консьерж и персонал в целом выше всяких похвал и ожиданий. Очень помогли со сложной логистикой: нам был нужен трансфер в аэропорт ночью со стадиона вместе с багажом. Предложили пару вариантов и проконтролировали весь процесс.
Дизайн на любителя, но мы знали, где бронировали номер. Фотографии полностью передают восточную специфику отеля. Совсем не в моем вкусе, но кому-то может быть по душе. В итоге это оказался лучший выбор именно благодаря персоналу, соотношению цена/качество и локации.
Ce magnifique établissement tout près des grands monuments d'Istanbul s'intègre parfaitement dans son quartier. La décoration correspond à ce que l'on peut rechercher dans pareil endroit. Le quartier est très pitoresque. Près du grand Bazar et de la mer en même temps, sa situation géographique est parfaite. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et très varié.
