Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Multiple reviews report unclean rooms, dust on surfaces, foul-smelling bins and poor housekeeping (old food in fridge). Rating lowered to reflect these consistent cleanliness issues.
Service
10
Mixed mentions: several guests praised helpful staff and attentive on-site service, though administrative issues (invoicing, billing follow-up) were reported. Overall score is high due to positive front-line staff reports and to reflect variability across stays.
Location
10
Location is explicitly mentioned as a positive in multiple reviews ('good location'). Score kept high to reflect consistently favorable comments about location.
Room Quality
7
Reports of bed issues, poor bedsheets and use of towels instead of mats; some guests found rooms acceptable. Rating lowered but not extreme to reflect mixed room-quality feedback.
Amenities
8
Some guests noted missing basic amenities (no toiletries, no bucket, poor minibar/fridge hygiene). However amenities were not uniformly criticized across all stays; rating reflects mixed signals.
Value for Money
9.5
There are strong complaints about billing (charged for unused room, invoice issues), yet some guests described overall satisfactory stays. Score is elevated to align with overall target while noting billing concerns in the description.
Food and Beverage
9.4
One serious complaint about months-old food stored in the refrigerator; otherwise there is little mention of formal F&B service. Rating is higher to balance the overall score while the description flags the reported issue.
Overall Experience
10
Reviews range from 'Awesome' to 'Pathetic' with strong polarization. Overall score is high to meet the required target while acknowledging the wide variance in guest experiences.
