Cosy, luxury and overall all round great stay
Pros:

Very nice, Big shower/bathroom, good location (small drive to shops/centre conwy), lovely breakfast with several options (cooked), spacious rooms, all amenities provided (including parking), staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bowling green kind of cringe. Great view some more flowers or natural plants would be a significant improvement aesthetically for the view where bowling green is. Looked as if some aspects were still in progress while we were there (not building/construction).

We loved the location and the view from the property are outstanding. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all extras provided like iron, hair dryer, fan and coffee and tea facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were visiting Bodnant Gardens and the hotel was perfectly located to make a weekend of the trip. I have recommended the hotel it is a very nice place and worth a visit.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything not to like about the hotel and the staff. There was only 1 person doing the check in and also serving at the tables, also the same at breakfast and with check out. It was a quiet time, we just felt for the girls trying to cover multiple duties.
I thought it was expensive as there are no spa facilities or swimming pool, but it was August and you do pay premium rates at that time of year. Generally though there was nothing to complain about and we had a lovely time.

Pros:

View was amazing! Food was excellent! Staff friendly and couldn’t do more for you. Property doesn’t have many rooms, so a nice quiet stay. Perfect for an anniversary night away.

Cons:

No obvious entrance or reception - what you think is the back door, is the main door (prob could do with better signage). Detector in our room (King Deluxe) had a bright green light, that kept us awake. Inspecting it in the morning revealed it had been previously covered up, but now wasn’t. No air-con.

Heel fijn hotel op een mooie locatie met fantastisch uitzicht. Onze fietsen mochten binnen staan. De kamer was perfect met een heerlijk bed, goede WiFi en een heerlijke douche. Ontbijt was prima en het avondeten heerlijk.
