El lugar esta bello, las habitaciones estan cómodas y limpias. Su personal es muy amable, desde nuestra llegada nos sentimos muy bien recibidos, especialmente don Norwing Martinez, gracias a su amabilidad y profesionalismo de él, quien nos atendió con una sonrisa, resolvió nuestras dudas y estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Su trato cordial hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera mucho más agradable. Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel y agradecemos la atención brindada durante nuestra visita.

Peaceful and very clean
Pros:

The property was very clean and well-maintained. It was easy to get to the rooms and they had nice air conditioning. The food in the morning for breakfast was very good as well and it was included with my stay. I really enjoyed my time there and was helped out very much by Norwing. Would highly recommend for anybody to stay at this place during their travels.

Good stay and professional staff and we loved the breakfast buffet on our final day.
Pros:

The stay was good and we liked our room and breakfast but they did not have hot water and the climate was a little cool and rainy during our stay. The room was a little noisy the first day but the staff warned us of the construction on the room next to us. We have stayed before twice so we are familiar. The location is perfect and very close to all amenities in central Granada.

Cons:

Just the fact that they did not have hot water.

Pros:

Excelente servicio del personal. Desde la recepción la atención de Norwing fue excelente. Los meseros y bartender muy amables.

Cons:

No había televisor en la habitación ni jabón en los baños. Hay hospedajes simples que tienen su televisor para aquellos que prefieren estar en su habitación.

Read the bad part
Pros:

Nothing, except the bartender, he's always been awesome.

Cons:

The room was supposed to have a window 🪟. It didn't . The room smelled badly 😞, the bathroom was really dirty, , ice cold 🥶 shower, could not turn the water off in the shower 🚿 and would soak the bathroom floor, no hand towels, no glasses for the bathroom sink. The towels were like cardboard, they were coarse. (Not soft) Found hair in the shower 🚿, Breakfast they gave you two pieces of triangle 📐 toast that wasn't more than 1.5 inches with an omelette that was good.Coffee was not hot . bathroom walls needed repainting. Black scuff marks all over, this room needs some serious updates. Ive stayed here before and it was good, the bed was uncomfortable 😣, The staff did not seem upbeat compared to my other stays there, the fired just about everyone and hired new boring people.

Great Hotel, Great Experience.
Pros:

Very friendly and acommodating staff, check in was fast. I loved their breakfast, it was pretty complete with a good selection including fruit, pancakes and even they had bakery and a bread station.

Cons:

No TV in the bedroom, we had our kids and even for us the adults we would have enjoyed watching a movie before bedtime. Not sure if the other rooms had tv's but for us that is a must. The pool is great but some way to entertain our kids and ourselves would have been great.

It's good but don't expect too much
Pros:

It has a great location and a really necessary air conditioning I love it.

Cons:

The room has promotional photos with a view of the cathedral, but from our room we could only see some trees. Furthermore, the room had no internet signal, neither Wi-Fi nor mobile network.
