Die Unterkunft an sich ist gut, Preis Leistungsverhältnis okay.

Cons:

Was nicht okay ist ist die Kommunikation. Ich habe einen Aufenthalt gebucht und vorher nachgefragt ob ich kurzfristig noch stornieren kann, mir wurde schriftlich zugesichert dass das möglich sei. Dann musste ich leider meinen Aufenthalt stornieren und mir wurde mehr als abgesprochen berechnet, die konnten mir nichtmal sagen woher die meine Kreditkarteninformationen hatten

First visit to the square
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. My first time to Granada and everyone was very helpful. Coffee and breakfast were delicious! Excellent location right on the square. I parked directly in front of the building and they had someone watching the cars all night ( gave him a small extra tip). Only there one night but it was a good value and worth a visit

Cons:

I didn't love the decor and the bed was hard as a rock. In my opinion, calling it a " suite" was a bit of a stretch with no amenities. I also specifically chose, and paid for in advance, the room I wanted based on the photos and the view that I wanted of the square, which I did not get. I didn't complain though because I was only going to be there for one night.
