Zeer ruim en zeer schoon appartement op een mooie locatie.
Bed was hard en was te kort.
Bed van 1,90 lengte is echt te kort voor een Hollander.

Well set up. Naxi the manager was amazing super helpful with the best recommendations.
The AC was not working and as we arrived after 6 there was only a remote night manager in another abba property who could not help us. The emergency number did not work either . It was very hot so we had to have all windows open so did not sleep great. It was fixed the next day. But feel for the price and everything extras wise (car and dog extra charges were hefty ) should have all been working properly. Would definitely recommend arriving before 6pm incase of any problems .
It was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very well appointed with all the kitchen equipment we needed.
The check-in after hours was very efficient.
A small point but written instructions on the induction hob would have been very helpful.
Good amenities in the apartment for cooking. The room is a bit small for two (sleeping in different beds) and the bathroom is right next to the single bed room so a bit inconvenient for the person staying in the living room, sleeping on the sofa bed. I like this neighborhood, although it is on one extreme end of the city center. I always enjoy staying in different parts of a city so that I can get to know the different neighborhoods. Access to the building and our room via a code is very practical and worked without issue. We were allowed to bring the car into the gated area behind the building to load and unload the car.
I was surprised that there was so little parking available and that it cost the same as parking in a city garage. I thought parking was included, but that was probably my error. In the end, I parked for free in another part of the city where I usually find free parking. The parking area only had 4 (or 5?) parking slots and turning around in this area would be complicated for a large car (I have a Mini). Other apartments had families with children and the children were running around and playing in the stairwell, making a lot of noise. This isn’t ABBA’s fault, but was a bit annoying for me and perhaps other guests.

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et proche de la plage et des commerces, parking sécurisé parfait.
El espacio y luminosidad de la habitación te dan mucho confort. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado. El personal muy amable y la ubicación muy tranquila.
Por parte del establecimiento todo muy bien. Algún inquilino algo ruidoso, pero no interfirió significativamente el descanso.
Good location in Gros, large apartment and very clean. We were on a bike tour and they allowed us to store the bikes inside the apartment.
