well, it's a budget hotel away from downtown, located one of the quiet suburbs of stockholm, 3 stops to get there from central station, takes around 25 mins. enjoyed the breakfast, staff were extremely kind and caring...

Cons:

room was not the best but ok, i mean not spacious but clean and sufficient space for short therm stay, bathroom needs reno especially shower cabinet.

Cons:

Jag brukar bo på hotell inom denna hotellkedja och har tidigare alltid varit nöjd. Därför blev denna vistelse en stor besvikelse och en chock för mig.

Rummet motsvarade inte bilderna på bokningssidan. Hotellet kändes betydligt mer slitet än vad som framgår av fotografierna. Vid ankomsten saknades det tillräckligt med toalettpapper och handdukar. Jag behövde dessutom be om ett extra täcke på grund av ryggproblem, men det täcke jag först fick var smutsigt och fullt av hår. Handfatet i rummet läckte också och problemet åtgärdades aldrig helt.

Den största negativa upplevelsen var dock situationen med de andra gästerna. Flera basketlag bodde på hotellet samtidigt och ungdomarna sprang i korridorerna, skrek, smällde i dörrarna och störde andra gäster långt efter kl. 23.00. Det var i princip omöjligt att få lugn och ro.

Jag vill samtidigt ge beröm till hotellpersonalen. Den unga kvinnan som arbetade i receptionen på kvällen var fantastisk. Hon var vänlig, professionell och gjorde allt hon kunde för att hjälpa gästerna. Hon sprang runt i hela hotellet och försökte lugna ungdomarna gång på gång. Problemet var inte personalen, utan att en enda person inte rimligen kan hantera flera stora grupper samtidigt.

Tyvärr verkade flera av de vuxna ledarna till lagen inte ta ansvar för ungdomarnas beteende. Medan receptionisten försökte hantera situationen satt vuxna i lobbyn och drsck istället för att se till att deras grupper uppförde sig respektfullt mot andra gäster.

Till slut, omkring kl. 23.15, var jag tvungen att själv gå ut i korridoren och säga ifrån eftersom situationen inte förbättrades. Efter detta började vissa ungdomar banka på vår dörr, vilket gjorde situationen ännu mer obehaglig.

Min dotter blev rädd och började gråta. Ingen familj ska behöva känna sig otrygg på ett hotell eller behöva hantera andra gästers barn sent på kvällen efter att ha betalat flera tusen kronor för en vistelse.

I och med att det säljs enklare mat via en maskin, så fick man inte äta medhavd mat i de öppna lokalerna. Så var lite trist att äta inhandlad mat i mitt rum utan fönster.

αριστο προσωπικό καλο πρωινό, δωμάτιο ανάλογα με αυτό που θα κλείσεις (εχει και πιο στενά και πιο άνετα) και παρόλο που δεν ειναι μεσα στη πολη, σε 10 λεπτα με τον προαστιακό εισαι κεντρο (ο σταθμος του προαστιακού απο το ξενοδοχείο ειναι τέσσερα-πεντε λεπτά με τα πόδια)
