Pros:

Clean , nice apartment and great space

Cons:

No people at reception, no toilet in reception , ventilation noise at night , elevator is very noisy

Tout! L'appartement est superbe, fonctionnel et respire la sérénité. Tout est pensé pour un séjour confortable. Le personnel est disponible réactif et sympathique. La clef numérique est simple d'utilisation et la possibilité de la partager est sécurisante et confortable : aucune peur de perdre les clefs! The living room was nice and the location is convenient.

Cons:

There is absolutely no AC in the room even though the hotel description has AC in it. It was hot during the heat wave and I had to wake up in the middle of the night. I did not receive room key at 3 pm even I did the online check in advance. I had to wait on a guy on WhatsApp to get the key and it was frustrating cuz there is no people on site to help us. There is also noise come from the street which makes it hard to sleep at night.

Exceptional!

Staying at this apartment hotel was truly the cherry on top of our vacation. We stayed in the penthouse, and everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and perfectly organized. The historic building itself is absolutely stunning, and the views are simply breathtaking.

Everything was beyond praise. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antwerp.

Hochwertig und hochpreisig mit Tücken
Cons:

Die Zimmer waren trotz Ventilatoren zu heiß.
Lärm durch Passanten und auch der Straßenlärm drang durch die geschlossenen Fenster.

Leider wurde die Stückseife meiner Tochter durch das Putzpersonal entsorgt.

Pros:

Wunderschöne, grosse und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Ideal um Antwerpen zu Fuss zu erkunden. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.
