A little run down
Pros:

I don't know what the great scoring was all about. The design is nice and looks like the pictures but overall that us about it.
I think some of their ways result from being a backpacker accommodation as well bitni feel like it shouldn't be hard to differentiate. If I book here why is my card not being used.

Cons:

- we didn't check in online, so then the girls did it for us on a phone, not sure why they have those big screens on their desk and have an easy check in process
- We were charged 3% extra for visa payment, which we weren't told about previously. We didn't have enough cash on us,
- we had to pay with check in.
- It was tired, decoration are falling off the walls
- the bathroom floor was dirty in all corners
- The vanity around the basin was filthy
- the towels were old and frayed
- it was noisy
- the pool was only half full and I could not see it being pumped through any filtration, so just a stagnant half full pool
- house keeping came in the late afternoon to do up the room
The room needed to be checked by house keeping before we were allowed to leave when checking out

Great , highly recommend and will stay agsin
Pros:

The location is great neighbourhood and easy to walk around much better than the main beach front. Great spa across the road. A local food , restaurants and coffee.
Tyuen is the man . He is the best service staff member….they are all good but his personality and attitude to life is 10 stars. . Special mention to Winnie at reception and all the great staff that make this hotel a great experience.

Pros:

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I can't thank them enough for all the recommendations and help during our stay.

Thanh toán bằng thẻ bị yêu cầu trả thêm phí, điều này không được đề cập đến khi đặt phòng qua trang booking. Chỉ thắc mắc tại sao, nhân viên lễ tân bảo quy định của khách sạn. Pros:

The rooftop swimming pool was really nice and a perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. I definitely recommend this hostel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were always smiling, professional, and made us feel very welcome during our stay. One staff member even surprised me and my friend with drinks while we were sitting in the lobby without asking for them, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely surprise.

Das Hotel können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht hier. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet - wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen! Das Frühstück ist super lecker, frisch und hat eine sehr gute Auswahl. Probiert auf jeden Fall den Hibiskussaft 😉. Wir haben uns durch Zoey, Ha, Dan und Tuyen sehr gut umsorgt gefühlt. Sie haben uns großartig unterstützt mit dem Gepäck und unseren Ausflügen + Restaurants. Vielen Dank an euch! Wir haben wirklich gespürt, dass ihr Spaß an eurer Arbeit habt 😊. Danke auch für das Willkommensgeschenk!

We were disappointed with the lack of service.
Pros:

The breakfast was very average but it did the trick. The location of the hotel is very good, it is central.

Cons:

The remote control for the TV in the bedroom was not functioning, so we couldn't watch TV in bed. A replacement remote was not actioned.
In the bedroom, you can hear (predominantly during the day and early evening) the sound of water overhead. I believe this was from people in the swimming pool which was immediately above the room.
Our room was not serviced every day, even though we put the "Make Up My Room" sign on the door handle. We asked for extra pillows and towels and we were told there weren't any available!!? The towels are old and off putting to use. We had to call Reception to request things and on many occasions, it was not actioned.

Great stay
Pros:

A cozy and welcoming place to stay. The front desk team were super helpful and polite. The location couldn’t be better — close to cafes, shops, and the riverside promenade. We felt very comfortable throughout our visit.
