Our stay at Seahorse Hotel was the perfect way to begin our first trip to Vietnam. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality that made us feel right at home.
A very special thank you to Tuyen Van, who greeted my wife and me every single day with the biggest smile. He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed—from recommendations and transportation to answering all of our questions. His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly made our stay memorable.
We’d also like to recognize Zoey (Winnie) and Dan for their exceptional service. Like everyone else on the staff, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. It was clear that every member of the team genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome and comfortable.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really sets Seahorse Hotel apart is its people. The hospitality we experienced was some of the best we’ve ever received while traveling.
Thank you to the entire Seahorse Hotel team for making our first experience in Vietnam so special. We will always remember your kindness, and we would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang!

Μοντέρνο, όμορφο, προσεγμένο ξενοδοχείο. Ήδη απο την είσοδο νιώθεις ότι χαλαρώνεις για διακοπές. Τα δωμάτια ήταν μεγάλα, υπήρχε και κουζίνα για όποιον το επιθυμεί. Στον τελευταίο όροφο υπήρχε πισίνα με θέα την πόλη. Ήταν όλα κοντά για όποιον ήθελε να δει το κέντρο και την γέφυρα. Με κατι λιγότερο απο 2 ευρώ μπορούσες με grab να πας στην παραλία. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, οπως και ο κύριος που μας βοήθησε με τις βαλίτσες. Πάντα με χαμόγελο! Πραγματικά θα μείνουν στην καρδιά μου. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα.
Δυστυχώς μόνο στο πρωινό ενώ έκανα αίτημα για gluten-free επιλογές, υπήρχαν τα κλασικά που αποδέχτηκα πως θα τρώω στο Βιετνάμ, αυγό, μπέικον. Ευτυχώς ειχα ρυζογκοφρετες έστω να δοκιμάσω την μαρμελάδα. Επίσης πετσέτες δεν είχαμε οταν φτάσαμε, πήραμε έπειτα απο την ρεσεψιόν και την επόμενη πάλι μας άφησαν μόνο 2 μπάνιου. Ετσι δεν ειχαμε ουτε για πρόσωπο, ουτε για χέρια, οποτε με μια πετσέτα καθαρίσαμε τα πάντα. Δεν το αναφέραμε ξανα στην ρεσεψιόν, γιατί και την πρώτη φορά μας είπαν "είστε σίγουροι ", Επίσης επειδή και εγώ αναγκάστηκα να εξηγώ το πρωι τι σημαίνει χωρίς γλουτένη, οπότε κάπου κουράστηκα.
Ομως το πρωινό ήταν υπέροχο για οποιον δεν έχει αλλεργία.
Rooms were nice and spacious, staff were friendly and bed was comfortable.
Although there is a cafe downstairs, there are limited bars in the area so it would have been good to open this as a bar area in the evening with it being a hostel as well as a hotel.
Schönes sauberes Zimmer und angenehmes Raumklima. Gute Lage.
Pool war leider nicht so ganz sauber, aber sonst schön.
The two doormen (Tuyen and the other whose name we don't know) were amazing - always greeting us with the most positive happy smiles and made our stay feel homely

Location was very central, only few minutes walk to Han Market and nearby good restaurant
Great staff, warm welcome! Close to airport and train station for east stopover. Amazing room, large, well equipped and huge king bed! Very good breakfast! Call out to Zoey for fantastic service!👍

Amazing staff and a big shout out to Zoey and the others on reception. The 2. Security guards were amazing also as they always put a smile on my face each day with their warmth and kindness.
Great little coffee bar and seating area at front of hotel. Rooftop pool was great.This was my joint favourite hotel whilst traveling through SE Asia

The staff are absolutely gorgeous! The security are so fun and lovely. The room and view are insanely beautiful and location was out of the more touristy hustle and bustle
The hotel was easy to find. And had a massive convenience store located right next door. And the 2 door men were super nice and helpful
Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that our room was not ready at the advertised check-in time, resulting in a wait after a long day of travel. While delays can occur, a clearer explanation and better communication from staff would have been appreciated.
The check-out experience was equally disappointing. Before we had even left the property, the receptionist was encouraging us to leave a review. We were also provided with a list of staff names to mention in the review, despite not having interacted with those employees during our stay. This felt unprofessional and detracted from what should have been a genuine guest feedback process.
I would also suggest that management focus on improving the guest experience itself rather than actively soliciting reviews before guests have even completed their stay.

Mình đợi checkin khá lâu. Mặc dù đã được gọi xác nhận thời gian checkin trước nhưng mình đã phải đợi gần 3 tiếng. :(
