Centre location with rather noisy rooms and difficult A/C situation
Pros:

Family room was not great, so we could change for 2 single rooms, breakfast was good, most of staff really friendly, secure motorbike parking

Cons:

Noisy rooms due to location in centre and bad soundproofing, warm water takes 5 minutes to arrive at 10th floor, A/C blows over bed (not possible to change the airflow), elevators so hot (could use fan at least)

Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of choices, and the coffee was excellent. All the staff were friendly, especially Zoey. She was always smiling and ready to help. Such a pleasant stay!

Khách sạn xinh xắn lắm luôn, phòng sạch sẽ, thơm tho và cực kỳ thoải mái. Hồ bơi đẹp, tha hồ chụp hình sống ảo. Bữa sáng ngon, cà phê cũng rất hợp gu mình. Đặc biệt là bạn Zoey siêu dễ thương, lúc nào cũng cười tươi và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách. Nhất định sẽ quay lại nè! 🥰

Loved this hotel! The pool was amazing, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed having coffee every morning. Zoey was wonderful, super sweet, attentive, and professional. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay!

Great value for money
Pros:

Great location to explore local shops and markets. You will be greeted by most smiley staff call Dan upon your arrival and he will be there all day to say Xin Chao to you first before you start your day. Clean facilities, great rooftop pool and a good spread breakfast are also available. Shout out to Zoey who manage to organise our last minute tours around DaNang - all in all it was a pleasant stay 😃

Cons:

Should link the local PIG gym pass which is just around the corner from the hotel for hotel guests as an extended facility option

Lovely ideal for my first couple of nights in Vietnam it eases me in gently
Pros:

Excellent location for city of Da Nang, Dragon Bridge , Han market . It’s a small hotel where guests are made to feel comfortable and very welcome. The staff are fantastic especially Zoey 6* , Vin 6* and Dan . Nothing is too much trouble for the staff they are genuinely so helpful

Cons:

The cleaners didn’t always put of enough towels in the room

Awesome place to stay
Pros:

The staff were amazing, so welcoming and helpful. Stand out staff members were Zoey on reception the the two doormen, Dan and Tuyen, they were awesome.

Cons:

The drains in the bathroom were very smelly at times.

Pros:

We truly enjoyed our stay at this concept hotel! It has a perfect location right in the city center, making it very convenient to explore everything nearby. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a friendly and supportive staff that made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel when visiting Da Nang.
