Pros:

Great location with available parking (paid). Room service from Kenny Hills Bakers was a pleasant bonus.

Cons:

We were disappointed that the swimming pool was unavailable from the afternoon of our second day until the day we checked out. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the pool, based on the photos shown on Booking.com. Whether the closure was planned or unexpected, it was still frustrating as it affected an important part of our stay.

Pros:

Design is quite chic but u expect from boutique hotel

Room is small and have no view
Swimming pool is cold
Water bottle not provided
Late checkout was request to asked only at 10am on the checkout date - ridiculous. They should just say not available.

Dear Hotel Management,

I would like to share my feedback regarding the event held at the hotel lobby.

The lobby was used as part of the event activity area, and many participants were moving in and out, playing games and making the whole environment very noisy.

I was seated at the waiting area, but because many people came out to play games around that area, I decided to move near the vending machine. However, the vending machine area was also part of their game activity. When I wanted to make payment, people kept moving in and out and looking around the machine, as if they were searching for something.

Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and bad experience for hotel guests. I hope the hotel can manage event activities better in the future and avoid using common guest areas such as the lobby and vending machine area for games or noisy activities.

Staying at Georgetown and walkabout Georgetown was wonderful.
Pros:

I enjoyed the modern interior decor of this hotel.
Designs in the room is thoughtful ,user friendly and minimum.
I like the location where I can walk across the street and enjoy the great view of the sea.The morning sun,the sun set and the coconut trees are such priceless scene.
