Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy. The parking lot is spacious and with shades. The location of the hotel is very close to the airport and Mall of Arabia.

Cons:

The bathroom door lock is old fashioned as it uses key from inside to lock the door. I suggest using keyless door lock. There is no access from the parking lot to the hotel. Therefore, you have to go around the whole building to get to hotel's entrance. When I brought that to the guy at the reception he told me that there is an access door which can get me directly to the hotel. The sign on that door says "employees only". I suggest that sign to be changed as it's confusing.
