Not good for stay.No more second time of staying, even no room on the date I want to go to Gentin
Pros:

Nothing I liked, coz all the bed items was dirty and cleanness was very bad. Will not stay at my life again, even free. Even no room at Genting or really urgent thing that I face.

Cons:

Dirty bedding for all items. Toiletries also out 100% not been filled up.

Penginapan yang sangat mengecewakan kerana servis yang teruk, bilik yang kotor, dan keadaan bilik ya
Cons:

Sangat kecewa dengan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. Proses check-in mengambil masa yang terlalu lama hanya untuk mendapatkan kad akses bilik. Selain itu, gambar yang dipaparkan semasa tempahan langsung tidak menggambarkan keadaan sebenar bilik. Dalam iklan, bilik kelihatan luas dengan pemandangan yang menarik dan mempunyai koridor, tetapi apabila sampai hanya ada tingkap biasa dan suasana tidak seperti yang diiklankan.

Kebersihan bilik juga sangat mengecewakan. Cadar kelihatan kotor dan keadaan bilik secara keseluruhannya tidak memuaskan. Saya merasakan gambar yang digunakan dalam platform tempahan tidak sama dengan bilik yang saya terima. Pengalaman ini tidak berbaloi dengan harga yang dibayar dan saya tidak akan mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada orang lain.

staff … are impolite, Return Room card late , and not punctual，i never experienced staff this kind of treatment , Room Filthy，The sheets are included：suspicious smell on the bed.=I don't think they changed it, Not hygienic，(Regretted booking 3 nights)

Pros:

我刚进去就要一股臭味开了窗还是有臭味，整理也很随便还很肮脏，我们呆不到2小时就不住了
