Nice and relaxing.
Pros:

Location is ok. Most main attractions are a 10-20 minute bus ride and walk away, but it’s nice because it’s away from the main rush of the CBD.

Grande qualité d’accueil, très bon emplacement, très confortable parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours à Sydney.

Cons:

Le seul bémol, le spa pool est trop chloré. Tout le reste a été impeccable.

Lovely visit to Sydney - but our interactions with staff actually became a running joke.
Pros:

Great location - easy to maneuver. Great space for our family of 5.

Cons:

The staff was not customer forward. Ask questions like is the hot tub meant to be luke warm mention these strong stories now and every answer was as if we were not doing something correctly. Excuse after excuse.

Beautiful, friendly and clean, however uncomfortable.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, the building stunning and the rooms beautiful.

Cons:

The bed was too firm, which I understand is standard but it was an incredibly uncomfortable sleep.
Also the air con was on 23 degrees the whole stay and would not change so it was very stuffy and warm. 23 degrees sounds pleasant but didn’t result in a comfortable temperature especially as the windows didn’t open so there was no air.
