Our number 1 choice when in Sydney.
Pros:

This was the 3rd year we have stayed at the Meriton Suites Sussex St. The staff always set the standard from the initial checkin and the room is great.

location, room clean, staff manners excellent, We had stayed in the past and found it good.

Cons:

Issues with tv, this having to use own phone to get netflix was a real nuisance. Firstly, there was only one phone so if one of us went out, the other couldn't watch TV. The phone was not that compatible and took staff 2 days to get it to work; then it cut out all the time. Why can't you just have apps on all your tvs for customer to login into their netflix account rather than having to use own phone, we pay enough for the room. We didn't have to use phone like this in the previous stay we had.
