Sobre todo el detalle del aire , venir con el calor de la calle y encontrar el aire puesto un lujo. Gracias . Después la higiene y limpieza en todas las áreas del Hotel y de la habitación. El trato y la facilidad de todas las preguntas. Y la chikilla del bar super maja tambien. Y la tranquilidad del lugar. Gracias.

Desiludido com as condições e empatia

A localização por ser um sítio sossegado , longe de barulho mas perto de tudo

Cons:

Piscina estava com a água suja , os cadeirões na beira da piscina estavam tbm sujos ! Relva mal tratada .
No quarto encontramos 2 baratas , onde fui apresentar queixa e fomos mal tratados
Só mandaram fazer uma vistoria ao quarto onde eu já tinha matados as baratas!
De manhã a água quente não dava!
E foram fazer a limpeza ao quarto enquanto eu a minha mulher estávamos a visitar a cidade sem informarem! Onde isso não estava referido, só entraram no quarto e fizeram o que quiseram enquanto nós estávamos fora

Excelente
Pros:

Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y limoias. Se come bien y por la noche, no se escucha nada, pero sobre todo, las personas que trabajan allí, son súper amables.
