5th time here, so I've probably reviewed before.
Nice budget option, far enough away from nightlife for tranquility, but on the bahtbus route if that's your thing.
No issues if you meet a friend that you want to bring back.
Pool is fantastic.

Pros:

This is my go to Hotel in Pattaya. Stayed here many times....It is perfect for me. 3min walk to beach road and the sea. I then walk the beach 2 times as part of my daily exercise. It's a nice stroll to Walking street if that's what you want. Easy to get to anywhere and far enough away from thumping music. Bonus is its very close to soi-6 for some entertainm,ent :-)

Cons:

Nothing to not like, a budget hotel with good aircon and friendly staff.
