Pros:

仙台駅まで歩いて行ける、雨でもアーケード通り経由でOK 近くにコンビニ有り、カフェもあった。

Cons:

宿泊当時の話となりますが、外装工事中でカーテンを開ける事が出来なかった。雨天土曜日宿泊だったので実際工事日では無かったが、晴天だったら騒音も懸念されたかも。

温泉に入れてとてもよかった！！
Pros:

女性は近隣の系列店舗(徒歩3分くらい)に行けば温泉が入れてよかった！男性は広瀬通店で入れます。
近隣の駐車場のことを受付のスタッフさんが丁寧に説明してくれました。
湯上がりのアイスや朝の乳酸菌飲料が頂けたり、夜には夜鳴きそばが無料で頂けます。
11時過ぎるとカップ麺をもらえるってことを受付の時に教えて欲しかったなと思う。

女性用大浴場がないこと。
