Per sentirsi veramente in vacanza!
Pros:

L'hotel ha 4 stelle e se le merita tutte. Bellissima e gentile accoglienza del personale di grande aiuto durante la mia permanenza. La struttura è stata recentemente ristrutturata: camera spaziosa, pulitissima e con una vista top (vedi foto). Bellissima la Spa (due bagni turchi, due saune finlandesi, sala relax...) e le due piscine (una interna e una esterna). Teli e accappatoi forniti gratuitamente dall'hotel. Colazione veramente variegata e completa, con prodotti salati (salumi, formaggi) e dolci di ottima qualità. La struttura organizza quotidianamente varie attività interne ed esterne (escursioni, degustazioni etc...). Infine dispongono sia di un garage sotterraneo a pagamento che di parcheggi esterni gratuiti, di cui uno coperto.

Cons:

Avendo ristrutturato la camere avrei messo una bella doccia doppia e non la vasca. Ma è un gusto mio personale

molto bella la spa, veramente curato l’ambiente e la pulizia è ottima acqua pulitissima, tanti percorsi per camminate in montagna sia lunghe che più corte, zainetto in stanza da poter utilizzare

Cons:

il buffet di aperitivo consiste in insalata…con tutte le particolarità culinarie della zona proporre solo insalata per antipasto non è proprio il top, porzioni del cibo non abbondanti e check in lunghissimo, non ci sono le ciabattine per la spa, per il resto tutto ok

Das Essen war sehr gut und das gesamte Hotel samt Spa-Bereich waren sehr sauber. Ebenso hatten wir beim Personal mehrheitlich mit aufmerksamen, freundlichen und engagierten Mitarbeitenden zu tun.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sicht- und bei den Matratzen leider auch spürbar in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns diesbezüglich im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels nicht gepasst.

The property was beautiful, pool and spa facilities were fantastic and the food was fantastic. Most of all
Customer service and level of hospitality was next level, the hotel could not have done anymore to accommodate our needs. We were travelling with a 18month old, they facilitated her dinner early at 6pm which allowed us to manage routine and enjoy our lovely dinner at 7 when the restaurant opened. Service, attention to detail, decorating the dinner table for our evening meal as it was a special occasion. It was an amazing stay made even better by the wonderful staff especially in the restaurant/Bar.

Breve weekend di relax , ottima la struttura , con qualche accortezza in più sarebbe top!

Staff cortese , cibo ottimo ,pulizia ovunque anche nella spa ( piscina piccolina ma carina)

Cons:

Cuscini da rivedere perché sono di qualità inferiore rispetto al resto dell’hotel, consiglio uno shampoo con balsamo/ conditioner perché se hai i capelli lunghi quello offerto non aiuta a districarli minimamente anzi ! Un kit cortesia leggermente più fornito .
