Excellent. Very helpful staff. Duty manager David even organised a free transportation card.
Pros:

Nice hotel very close to loads of restaurants. Very close walking distance to both the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazzarr.

Cons:

The bathroom is tiny, a person has to squueze to corner for door to be closed.
Room is also small, there is no chair and no soace for a chair.
I switched a much more comfortable hotel nearby after staying in it for one night.
This hotel does not deserve 5 star at all. maybe 2 star.

It’s a good hotel for a short city break
Pros:

The location is great. Close proximity to all the sights in Sultan Ahmet . Also taxis are available at the entrance of the hotel.

Cons:

Room’s were too small.
