Lovely stay!
Pros:

Amazing stay at this hotel! I would totally go back and stay there if I were to visit Nice again. My room was spacious, clean, and bright - the large window opened to sea view which was beautiful. It was a bit noisy at night though, which was due to just the busyness of the streets and parties outside. The staff was very nice and helpful.

It could be a bit noisy at night as the room faces the promenade, as they were parties outside that lasted into the night.

Also the room is big

Cons:

There is no bell boy or anyone to help you if you have a lot of luggage … only on the first day water is kept in the room afterwards we have to go down and take it from the bar.

A bit over priced for the lack of quality service.
Pros:

Location and room size very good.

Cons:

House keeping was poor, 10 night stay and had numerous days where coffee, milk etc not replaced - took dirty glasses and didn’t replace.

Very good location. Easy to walk to beach, restaurants & Old City of Nice.

Cons:

Ocean front rooms have nice view but are in main Avenue. Rear rooms face dining district which is somewhat noisy at night.

Very nice Nice hotel.
Pros:

Very helpful, kind staff. Great location. Nice size room. Beautiful view of the Promenade and the Mediterranean.

Cons:

The lobby area is a bit spare and tired. It can get congested when a lot of people are checking in and out. The elevators can be quite slow.
