Pros:

For me , the location was as I expected. Easy to get around , close to some shopping and a quick tube ride to the Thames River.

Cons:

One very important thing that I feel was missed by the Hotel Management was their lack of communication regarding the Monday morning 10:30 fire drill . I’m pleased that they take safety seriously. But I didn’t know about the weekly drill as they only post it on the electronic board post 9pm on The Sunday night. This was confirmed by the front desk staff . By then I was in my room . I was concerned and surprised when the alarm set off on the Monday morning.
The solution to this lack of open communication is simple . When you check into the hotel you are given a sheet of paper that outlines the hotel’s services and amenities. On this sheet it would be an easy addition to put in Bold “ we take our guests safely seriously. Please note that on Monday morning at 10:30 we will be testing out fire safety alerts. Thank you for your consideration “. I hope this feedback is helpful

Mükemmel hizmet, müthiş güzel konum ve manzara

Konumu efsane güzel yerde. Karşısı deniz, şehir merkezine, eski şehire yürüme mesafesinde. Karşısında çok güzel bir mekan da var. (Le Temps d’un Ete). Havaalanından bolt uygulaması kullanarak çok uygun fiyata otele geldik. Bir deniz manzaralı, bir şehir manzaralı 2 oda tutmuştuk. 2 yetişkin, 2 çocuk olduğumuz için. Ben aile odası bulamamıştım. Deniz manzaralı odalarda girişte 2 tane gazlı içecek hediyeleri var. 1 de şişe su. Arka sokakta yemek mekanları çok yakın, market ve sabah kahvaltılıkları marketten almayı tercih ettim. Arzu ederseniz 19euro yetişkinlere, 10euro çocuklara kişi başı kahvaltısı var kahvaltı salonunda. Nice’e geldiyseniz manzaralı oda alın. Şehir manzaralı oda gereksiz bence. Bir daha gelsem yine burada kalırım.

Cons:

Eskimeye başlayan bölgelerin tamiratları yapılsa iyi olur. Temizlikle ilgili çok kötü yorumlar okuyup korkmuştum başta. Ancak herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Bir kaç defa havluları değiştirmek için almış, temizini koymamışlardı. Resepsiyonda söyleyince hemen gönderdiler odaya. Şampuan ve el sabunları hep kontrol edilip değiştiriliyor. 1 kere ben odalardan birinde unutulduğunu görünce hemen resepsiyonda 1 kutuyu verdiler ve özür dilediler. Bence hiç problem değildi. Çok hızlı aksiyon alıyorlar.

Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Der Flughafen war nur ein paar Minuten Taxifahrt entfernt, zum Bahnhof nur 15 Min. Fußweg.

Cons:

Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Location. Reasonably comfortable beds.

Cons:

This accommodation takes a 150 euro bond off you at check-in. This was requested just after I had paid in full for two nights. It is not mentioned in their policies. No room service so hard to justify. The property right from the entrance is quite run down.

Pros:

Location! Breakfast was good. While building was old the rooms were modern and had plenty of power outlets!
