Saya booked hotel 3bulan lepas, iklan dalam booking.com deluxe room ada bath tub.Bila checked in tak dapat bilik yang ada bath tub, kecewa anak2.Staf inform walk in dan book via phone shj dapat.Mungkin pihak hotel perlu perbaikai kelemahan di situ bila customer mahu spt diiklankan tetapi tak dapat sangat mengecewakan. Bilik tidak

An okay stay but I would probably choose another hotel next time

Overall, the stay was okay and the hotel was convenient for our short stay in Melaka.

Cons:

Before booking, I specifically called the hotel to ask which room type came with a bathtub and was advised to book a Deluxe room, as the Superior and Deluxe King rooms did not have one. However, upon check-in, my Deluxe room only had a standing shower, and reception then told me that I should have specifically requested a bathtub.

This was disappointing because the whole purpose of calling before making the booking was to confirm which room category I needed for a bathtub. I was later told that only a limited number of bathtub rooms were available because many had drainage issues. If a bathtub was subject to availability or special request, this should have been clearly explained during my initial enquiry. The standing shower in my room also had very slow drainage.
