2nd visit after 13 years ago with my children. Clean, peaceful, quiet, well maintained facilities. Pools lovely.......small pool for children & adult pool.

the hotel and the food is nice and delicious , the room big and comfortable

Cons:

the problem is the receptionist staff name kasturi and yuhanis , so rude and not helpful , and the cleaner staf enter my room to clean without permission , luckily there nothing gone missing

It was okay
Pros:

Good location. Near some attraction places.

Cons:

The staff ( Malay guy) dont feel welcoming. We asked about the iftar and sahur but staff not well informed. Unable to answer our questions. During the ramadhan season staff must know.
