Good hotel & location, below average service
Pros:

Good location and comfortable bed. The morning market directly outside the hotel offers some interesting morning walks.

Cons:

Laundry service took almost 2 days, and my clothes were returned to me still damp, with one t-shirt stained.
Breakfast was insufficient - often I would go down at 7.30am and there's no staff around to order my breakfast.
Upon arrival, the hotel staff insisted I cancel my Booking.com reservation and pay them there in cash instead. I was happy to pay cash. 2 days later, I was asked to pay more, I assume because the USD/LAK had fell - I declined obviously.
Overpriced tours, taxis and motorbike rental - just walk onto the night market street to get all of these for cheaper.

Pros:

ルアンパバーンの中心地に位置しており、非常に観光しやすい。午前中観光した後に、一度宿に戻ってから再度街に繰り出すなど、柔軟な旅行プランが立てられる。
無料の朝食がついている。(おいしくはない)
毎日新しいタオルと水を人数分くれる。

Cons:

水回りが汚い。置かれているコップには見た事ないくらい水垢がついている。洗面所に置かれている歯ブラシが入っているカゴにはカビが生えている。シャワーヘッドや、排水溝も水垢やカビが生えている。トイレの便座も何故か黄ばんでいる。
日中1階の扉を開けっぱなしにしている関係で、虫が多い。夜宿に戻ると、2階の部屋の前に大量の蚊や蛾が飛んでいる。誇張抜きで20匹程度いる。下駄箱に置いてある靴に、大体朝ハエが止まっている。
タオル・枕・シーツが臭い。中年男性の加齢臭みたいな匂いがする。
エアコンの効きが悪い。
ホテル側の手違いで初日に別の部屋に泊められ、翌日移動させられた。一応初日の部屋の方が広かったが、水回りがもっと汚かったので全然アップグレード感はなかった。
一度レビューを4で投稿した後、WhatsApp上で清掃スタッフから「クビにされるからレビューを消すか高評価にしてくれないか」とメッセージが来た。フロントスタッフから連絡先を入手したらしいが、勝手に個人情報を漏らす宿は信頼出来ない為、2に下げた。

Good value for money and a nice place to stay
Pros:

The location in the morning market is very interesting. The upstairs rooms are large and comfortable with nice views. The simple breakfast has enough options. The WiFi works well.

Cons:

The first room I had downstairs at the back was small and the bathroom wasn’t very good. The window opened but the laundry was hanging directly in front of it I asked to be moved and upstairs, where I’d stayed before, was much better.
