Totally worth it
Pros:

The location was perfect and was close to the metro. Spacious rooms. Great value for money. The check in was easy. Every day room cleaning. They gave us 2 free water bottles every day.

Cons:

The shower door didn’t close properly also the water pressure was really low. The lobby smelled weirdly. Also it was a bit hard for us to recycle properly as tourists

no air conditioning and limited facilities given! note that during transition seasons like late spring, the air conditioning is only switched on in the day time. no air conditioning at night, and ventilation relies solely on opening the windows and the 2 weak fans provided. requested for an extra pillow and fan from the reception since there were 3 people in our room, however, they said that the number of pillows and fans were fixed.

Spacious room + excellent location.
Pros:

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, we booked the Triple room. Room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed especially the washing machine. Staff were nice. Location was excellent, near Chungmuro station and 10-15 minute walk to Myeongdong, plus a short hike (maybe around 30-40 minutes) to N Seoul Tower.
If you like running, you can find a route to Cheonggyecheon stream and back.

Cons:

Toilet. The toilet was a bit lacking. A little too tight, no bidet and kinda difficult to shower.

Extremely pleasant stay at Oriens and the staff are incredibly helpful. Would stay again!
Pros:

The room was way more spacious than we expected, and the biggest bonus point is there were a lot of storage compartments. Oriens' location was very convenient, only a few mins walk to Myeongdong's central area. The staff are extremely helpful and the facilities are well-provided. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great longterm vacation.
Pros:

Location was awesome. Walking distance to train, markets and G25 convenience store. Staff was awesome. Love having a kitchen and refrigerator. View of Namsam Tower from bedroom was an added bonus

Cons:

No pool. Didn't get the best deal via booking.com. No concierge. Pretty much I had to use ChatGPT and NAVER Maps to find and do anything.

Good but bathroom was bad
Pros:

Location was good and staff was incredibly helpful and nice!

Cons:

The bathroom design was absolutely terrible. We stayed in a three person room: the drain for the shower runs towards the outside of the shower space, towards the toilet, which wets the entire bathroom. This made it extremely difficult for two people to be there and for the next person as everything was soaked!! Not to mention the amount of mold.
