Important Information for Transit Passengers: Remember, as an airside property, transit travelers must not clear immigration/customs. Our 24-hour front desk is available to assist with any queries regarding luggage, boarding passes, or re-entering the transit area. Plan your stay with us and make your transit in Changi Airport memorable.
Guests arriving on an inbound flight must not pass through immigration control. Guests arriving from the city must be checked-in on an outbound flight.
A valid traveling document must be presented during check-in and guests must provide the property with their arrival and departure flight numbers in the special request box during booking.
Guests will not be able to access their checked-in baggage at the hotel, and the hotel is not responsible for guests' checked-in luggage transfer during stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. I liked the general lounge area. The chairs were comfortable and having charging ports available was very convenient. There was also a good range of food and drinks, with plenty of options available.
The lounge was in a convenient location and overall was a comfortable place to relax.
The nap rooms in Terminal 3 were extremely disappointing. They looked and felt very temporary, with the walls not extending all the way to the ceiling, which meant there was very little soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking in the lounge area, as well as plates and other noise, making it very difficult to sleep.
The sliding door also did not have a lock, which made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable about trying to sleep.
There was also no ability to charge any devices, which is a major inconvenience in an airport where travellers are often waiting for or connecting to flights.
Overall, the nap rooms were not comfortable, private, quiet, or secure enough to justify using them. I absolutely would not recommend the nap rooms in Terminal 3.
Staff were friendly, however they were flustered and not really performing their jobs efficiently with many customers waiting to be served.
Showers were modern, clean, spacious
The 4 rooms out the back of the kitchen were hopeless, thin dividers between rooms, constant light flooding in, constant customers coming and going making noise. Very little sleep. It was basically a backpacker dorm room at high hotel level room prices. Felt scammed.
Had to wait in line for shower, no priority for customers that paid $245 NZD for 6 hours (shower and room) compared to customers that only paid for shower.
The shower was the best thing about the experience .
The chairs were not as comfortable as many of the free chairs around the airport the food was OK .
The food was okay but limited choice for vegetarians or vegans. Some of the staff are not helpful or not bothered if one asks any questions regarding the food. The showering facilities are okay. The facilities provided at Changi airport far supersede than the facilities in the transit lounge. The terminals have comfy snooze chairs, couches, TV areas, a great choice of food and better amenities than this transit lounge. Its too expensive, poor facilitoes, and did not meet expectations. We were told sleeping pods can be booked on arrival however none was available on arrival. Pethaps there may be other lounges that are betzer equipped or a pleasant environment.
Not much choices for vegetarians and vegans, staff not very helpful poor facilities.

The showers
Food was average & quite tight & crowded. No better or cheaper than getting food in a nice cafe or restaurant in the airport & finding a comfy chair to wait in.
In the advertisement saying sofa but only available chairs. Chairs is not reclining
Everything don’t like and kitchen staff don’t speak English
The staff were pleasant.
No where to rest properly,just seats ,, despite, saying beds available in booking.
