Pros:

Very rude staff !! Booked the hotel from booking.com , with "Pay At Hotel" option . But on the checking day morning 6:00 a.m started demanding money . Very poor

Grande chambre (sans fenêtre), propre, literie confortable. Personnel agréable. Bien situé.

Cons:

Odeurs de tuyauterie qui remontent de temps en temps dans la salle de bain. Réception située au 5e étage (bâtiment également utilisé par d'autres sociétés).

宿泊手続きが非常に面倒臭かった

Cons:

宿泊手続きにかなり難航して非常に面倒くさかったです。日本の住所が載ったものを見せろとか、ビザの記録を見せろとか、他の宿泊施設では一切そんなこと求められなかったものばかりで、チェックインに30分近く掛かりました。特に住所が載ったものなんか、日本には免許証ぐらいしかなく、必要無いし失くすと困るのでそんなもの持って行きません。本国での住所がそんなに重要ですか？　ビザも、空港で支払った時の領収を見せたのにそれじゃないの一点張りで、しかも徐々にスタッフの口調が荒らいでいってイライラしていくのが分かりました。夜遅くに着いてわけの分からない手続きに付き合わされているこっちの方がよっぽどイライラしていました！　あなた方の手続き方法は見直した方がいいですよ。

Pros:

Good Location value for money and verybpleasant staff

Cons:

The rooms dint have even a glass for drinking water. Can have a small mini fridge. I have stayed in this property atleast 3 times and all the 3 times 1 lift out of the 2 never worked(out of order). The one that works is super super slow and extremely crowed as there are 2 offices on the lower floors and as it is space restricted most of the staff come up 1st before they want to go to the ground floors. Everytime I complained they just told me the lift was not working just from a week back, which is absolutely not true as I have stayed in this property 3 times in the last 3 yrs. Also the bed covers had full stains on them, which is completely unacceptable and when we showed it to the staff as we checked in we were informed that the sheets would be changed the next day when they were cleaning the rooms.
