Rundum zufrieden jederzeit wieder!!
Pros:

Ich war jetzt das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und bin wieder sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Leute sind dort sehr herzlich und das Hotel ist sehr sauber.

Wenn ich nächstes Jahr wieder nach Kairo Reise werde ich dieses Hotel erneut buchen.

Pros:

Posizione e jacuzzi in camera davanti alle piramidi

Colazione abbastanza buona anche se nel weekend non c'è buffet quindi contate una mezz'oretta di attesa perché devono prepararla per voi

Qualità prezzo overall comunque abbastanza buono

Colazione su terrazza sul tetto con ottima vista piramidi

Cons:

Igiene. Nel wc non avevano neanche tirato l'acqua quando siamo arrivati (ironicamente sopra c'era una fascia con scritto "igienizzato con cura per te!")

L'idromassaggio della vasca sputava fuori roba marrone, tipo pelle morta e altra roba, anche facendolo andare per molto tempo è stato inutile e inutilizzabile e pessima esperienza di bagno rilassante.

Servizio in camera lentissimo, abbiamo cenato alle 17, dopo aver ordinato dopo 1h arrivano solo per dirci che ciò che avevamo ordinato non era disponibile...

Personnel fantastique ! Organisation du tour parfaite, Chambre moyen.
Pros:

- Le personnel était super !!!!!
- Petit déjeuné bien
- Préparation du programme de visite du Caire (en 2 jours) avec guide francophone / chauffeur, c'était super ! Merci :-)

Cons:

- L’établissement se trouve sur quelques étages dans un immeuble résidentiel (je ne suis pas coutumier de ça !),
- Faire très attention aux portes manuelles dans l’ascenseur,
- Notre chambre était grande mais il y a des parties de moisissures derrière les plaintes (c’est dernières étaient tombées de leur emplacement).

Ottimo soggiorno in prossimità delle Piramidi, area tranquilla
Pros:

Camere moderne e ben arredate, terrazza della colazione con fantastica vista sulle piramidi.

Cons:

Abbiamo fatto fatica a comunicare con lo staff della colazione che non parlava per nulla inglese o altra lingua. Sarebbe ideale migliorare questo aspetto per evitare incomprensioni e imbarazzi.

I really liked the experience. It was a very nice, cozy place, and the room was spotless ,cleaner than I expected! It was comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

Just put into consideration that the room with the Jacuzzi and the pyramids view might not be available, even if they tell you it will be available on your dates.
