Personnel agréable et logement suffisant pour 3 nuits.

Cons:

La vue de la chambre ne correspondait pas à une vue partielle sur les pyramides.

Un buon compromesso
Pros:

L’hotel è in posizione ottima per visitare piramidi e museo. Meno buona per andare in centro città. Vicino anche l’aeroporto. Si trova al 4º piano di un edificio residenziale. La parte dedicata all’hotel è curata e carina. Purtroppo il resto della struttura lascia molto a desiderare
Bella la terrazza panoramica al 6º piano per colazione e cena. Peccato che il servizio non sia all’altezza del panorama: la colazione è molto scarna; abbiamo anche cenato ma non tutte le pietanze scritte sul menu erano disponibili e quelle disponibili non di qualità. Ottimo il servizio gratuito per il trasferimento da e per aeroporto.

Több napos tartózkodásra is megfelelő, szép szálloda.
Pros:

A reggeli finom volt, a környék nagyszerű, a szobánk a piramisokra nézett. Hatalmas ágy és jacuzzi is volt a szobánkban. A reggelit a tetőteraszon kaptuk, kifejezetten kellemes volt.

Cons:

A jacuzzi nem működött, csak kádként lehetett használni. A forgalom miatt kicsit hangos volt a szoba még éjjel is. Volt egy félórás áramszünet az épületben.
A szoba árát - bár előre lefoglaltuk, kicsit nehezen tudta kikalkulálni a recepciós, legalább 4 különböző árat mondott. Először egy kisebb szobába vezetett minket, nem abba, amit foglaltunk.
A fürdőszobában nem volt elég hely a tisztálkodószereknek.

Pros:

服務員都很友善，特別是早餐櫃檯的女服務員非常親切。房間內空間大。頂樓用餐區景色漂亮。早餐好吃。

Cons:

我住在跟CHECK IN櫃台同一層樓，淋浴的水壓非常非常的小，聽說樓上的水壓比較正常。房間地毯很髒，可以直接不要放地毯了。

Fantastico soggiorno
Pros:

La struttura è in posizione molto comoda, vicino al Gem e alle piramidi, tant’è che dalla terrazza si gode una splendida vista su di esse. Lo staff è stato fantastico, lasciandoci utilizzare una camera la sera prima di andare in aeroporto perché avevamo un volo tardi. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage – diese ist wirklich gut. Auch Teile des Personals waren freundlich und bemüht. Besonders der Rezeptionist namens Mahid war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Allerdings überwiegen leider die negativen Erfahrungen deutlich. Es hatte den Eindruck, dass das Personal untereinander kaum kommuniziert, was wiederholt zu Verwirrung und Problemen geführt hat. Ein Beispiel: Für uns wurde ein Uber bestellt, das dann in die komplett falsche Richtung geschickt wurde.

Auch die Ausstattung ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett ist einmal einfach zusammengebrochen, und das WLAN funktionierte sehr schlecht – es brach ständig ab oder blockierte komplett.

Zwar gibt es theoretisch einen Ausblick auf die Pyramiden, jedoch ist der Zustand des Hotels und insbesondere der Fenster so schlecht, dass man diesen Ausblick kaum genießen kann.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, tágas szoba.

Cons:

A fürdőben nincs hely a tisztálkodó szereknek. A lift és a lépcsőház piszkos, kopott, bár nem a szálloda része, hanem az alatta lévő lakóházé.
Nagyon zajos. Volt egy kb 30 perces áramszünet.
