309號房隔音不好

樓下就有kopitiam可以吃早餐
晚上10點左右會有附近會有擺攤賣咖啡

住的是309號
房廁所門鎖壞了隨便用了鎖扣修，問題是用了新的鎖扣門還是沒辦法鎖好門還是可以打開
花灑的支撐架壞了沒辦法支撐
309號房和隔壁的隔音極差
隔壁聊天聲音聽起來就像在我房間裡聊天一樣
可以非常清楚聽到隔壁用力關門聲，半夜被吵醒數次
