Desayuno discriminatorio
Pros:

No estuvimos alojados en Satva, nos rehubicaron en Anahata que es el hotel de al lado porque la villa que habíamos reservado no estaba terminada, o eso nos dijeron, no recibimos ningún aviso del cambio, nos enteramos al llegar. Satva y Anahata comparten instalaciones pero Anahata debe ser el nivel mas caro. Nos pusieron en dos bungalows al lado de la piscina pequeña, la mas grande está al otro lado de la carretera junto a la piscina mas grande, donde se encuentran las villas de Satva, todo muy desangelado. Lo bueno, toallas limpias de playa todos los días, botellas de agua y la localización al lado de la playa.

Cons:

No me gustó el tema del desayuno, se hace en las instalaciones de Anahata, pero no nos tratan a todos igual. Hay cartelitos en alimentos que solo pueden tomar los de Anahata, no hay huevos en el desayuno, tienes que pagarlos aparte, el tema del café especial me da igual, pero algo tan básico como huevos, salchichas, jamón o bacon que esté restringido solo a los que se alojan en Anahata deberían avisarlo, yo pagué alojamiento con desayuno incluido, no ponía ningún aviso de que no podría comer todos los alimentos del buffet, me ha parecido humillante, es un alojamiento lo suficientemente caro para que el buffet al completo esté incluido. Mi hijo tiene alergias y no puede comer de todo, si además le restringen lo que puede comer lo tiene mucho más difícil. Los precios del restaurante son caros. Hay un restaurante saliendo del resort a la derecha enfrente, que tiene muy buenos precios y la comida es muy buena, dos señoras encantadoras. Los masajes de al lado también bien.

Sehr schönes Yoga Resort an einem schönen ruhigen Strandabschnitt
Pros:

Sehr schönes Resort an einem schönen ruhigen Strand mit Hoteleigenen Liegen und gutem Restaurant. Sehr nettes Personal, dass bemüht ist, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen . Weitere Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Kleiner Pool. Sehr nettes Personal. Es wird Yoga angeboten ( gegen Gebühr) und Mantra Singen am Abend kostenfrei
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles gehabt, was unser Herz begehrt :-)

Wir kommen sicher wieder:-)

Cons:

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn für Hausgäste eine Yoga Stunde im Preis inbegriffen wäre.
Ansonsten alles bestens :-)

This place has its unique vibe
Pros:

Great place to stay on Koh Samui. There is a beach which belongs to the hotel and you can rent some kayaks, sup boards or sunbeds for free :). Besides you can rent a motorbike from the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and has many vege options. It is also possible to do some yoga in the morning.

Die Lage direkt am Strand

Cons:

Man muß wissen,dass es ein Yoga Camp ist. Wenn du nicht dabei bist hast du zu niemandem Kontakt inklusive Inhaber.
Kein TV, Moskitonetz mit Löchern hat kein Sinn.
Duschvorhang schimmelig ist auch uncool.
Wenn man mit Visa zahlt muß man ein paar Prozente mehr zahlen auch wenn über booking gezahlt wird.

Het is ver van alles afgelegen, het bed was te hard en er was geen tv. Het ontbijt viel tegen. Er liepen honden langs de tafels. En roken was verboden op het buitenterras van het restaurant.

Satva Samui looks and feels like a carefully curated retreat — yoga with live flute and harmonium, mantra meditation, pescatarian/organic meals, and a shop selling teas, linen, and malas 📿. On the surface, it’s the full “conscious living” package.

But when it comes to actual service, the experience falls short. The reception is far from the main areas, and staff are not readily available when you need them. For the price I paid, I expected warmth and attentiveness — instead, the staff weren’t welcoming at all. At breakfast, a staff member even taunted me when I asked a simple question. The sauna was also out of order, with no advance notice.

Yes, the food is decent and the vibe is curated, but genuine hospitality is missing. Satva Samui feels more invested in selling the idea of spiritual tourism than in taking care of its guests.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about Satva Samui Resort:
• Reception is far from the main areas.
• Staff are not readily available when needed.
• The staff were not welcoming and, in my case, even taunted me when I asked something at breakfast.
• For the high price, the overall warmth and service were disappointing.
• The sauna was not working, and no one informed us beforehand. And the receptionist lied that I had to “book it”

Schöne, saubere Anlage, die Zimmer zu dunkel

Die Lage, die Bungalows, das Mantrasingen, gute Bettwäsche, gute, trockene Handtücher und Strandtücher, gutes Duschgel und Shampoo, zu wenig Bügel. Der Safe funktionierte nicht richtig

Cons:

Ich war gerade n einem Zimmer untergebracht. Dunkel, kein Licht zum Lesen, es gab Probleme mit den Abflussrohren, es roch nach Toilette im gesamten Raum. Das Duftlämpchen wurde nicht ständig nachgefüllt.
