Important information:

Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2 is located airside within Changi Airport, Terminal 2, Departure Transit area. Access is via the escalator near Changi Airport - Terminal 2, Transit Lounge South, near Transfer F, on the 3rd Floor, next to Dreamscape Attractions.
The Transit Lounge offers hourly lounge access, providing a comfortable space to sit and relax, along with food and beverages, shower facilities, and Wi-Fi. Lounge access is available for 3-hour, 5-hour, and 10-hour durations, as well as Nap Rooms for 6 hours or longer. Guests are advised to check the specified duration for each booking option.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
• Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.
• Departing passengers from the city should note that most airline check-in counters open only 3 hours before departure. Access to the transit area is not permitted earlier unless early check-in is available with your airline.
If you need assistance upon arrival, our 24-hour front desk is available to help with luggage collection, onward boarding passes, and reentering the transit area.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

I’d still stay here again
Pros:

The food selection, seating and location in the airport. It is above the DreamScape exhibit and in the shopping area.

Cons:

Although there are lounge chairs available, it isn’t ideal to get comfy and rest. There are nap rooms available, but there’s a separate charge.

Pros:

Breakfast is good.Location is good as well.

Cons:

All room are just put the partation not enough high. We hear about the every moment of neighbour rooms.
All rooms doors are slam very noise.

Convenient, But Not Great Value
Pros:

The room was a nice place to rest, and the location was convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite poor, with very limited options.

It was also inconvenient that the rooms don’t have their own bathroom, so I had to use the shared facilities.

I had been awake for many hours and was really just looking for somewhere quiet to rest and sleep, but the staff were quite chatty when I arrived, which I found frustrating given how exhausted I was.

I also felt the resting option was quite expensive for what was provided.

Ist ok aber den Preis nicht ganz wert
Pros:

Praktisch war im Flughafen, es gab ein Service Mitarbeiter der alles abgeräumt hat einen Koch und einer der am Fenster steht falls jemand kommt, sehr nett und hilfsbreit.

Das all you can eat war sehr gut und wurde immer nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Man kann da sich nicht ausdrucken ist Mega laut. Hinlegen und bisschen schlafen ist auch nicht da zu eng und unbequem.

Das Personal am checken sehr gestresst und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit, man wird da wie auf einen Fließband bearbeitet, Sticker drauf und verschwinde sozusagen…

Not worth the money
Pros:

Not much to be honest. Food was OK.

Cons:

Seats were terrible (I mean this is supposed to be the main attraction, otherwise the airport has everything else). Bathrooms were shared which is odd. Everyone is in a single open harshly lit lounge area on uncomfortable seats trying to catch a few hours sleep. The smart people just stretched out for free in the main airport.
