The Staff at the reception was quite helpful. Staff was lso very helpful. Room size is good. Breakfast was also quite good. Bed was comfortable
Rooms were quite smelly. Toilet were also stinky. The hotel is near industrial area so lot of pollution around. Little space for car park.

The receptionist who handles the reception desk in the afternoon time was very very rude and was asking for extra money.
She is a bob cut girl with short hair.
1st we called a day prior that means on Friday she told 2200 will be the room cost for 24 hours then when we arrived on Saturday (25th April ) she told that the price is 2600 and it can not be reduced when we told on booking.com the same room is avaliable for 2110 then she told us to book via online app then we booked the room via booking.com app room got booked when we told her she asked by which app you have made your booking then she on the spot edited the price of our booking from her system from 2110 to 2600.
They should not be allowed to do this, why are they able to edit the amount of our existing booking i want to be compensated for wasting me time and for this bad experience.
This was not the 1st time we were visiting the property we use to like the rooms but this experience was very bad.
Just cheating the guest.
Never gonna visit the property and not gonna recommend any one.
The staff is extra professional and perfect specially Kittu Yadav at the reception. The buffet breakfast was so nice and tasty.
A lil expensive but we can always overlook that as everything else there was so perfect

There is no in house restaurant, thus have to rely on zomato, swiggy and other nearby restaurants
