Indifferent attitude toward cleanliness and hygiene
Cons:

Worms in food (upma). Rock hard idlis. Indifferent attitude when complained. Weird smell in the rooms along with smoking smell. Lots of cockroaches in the room 207 like in the dozens. Again Indifferent attitude when complained to management. Moreover I lost a silver ring which the house keeping staff denied having found later the same evening. Either way the room was already used by another party, so no action could be taken.
