La cama era cómoda, estaba limpio, la ubicación

Cons:

Pagamos una tarifa un poco mas alta para pagar al llegar, un día antes me contactan para "solicitar un adelanto". Al cuestionar únicamente pidieron hr de llegada.
No servía la alberca y creo que debieron avisar para considerar nuestra estancia. Si bien nos enviaron a otro hotel para hacer uso de dicha amenidad, no considero sea lo mas cómodo.
No servía la tv de la habitación y jamás lo arreglaron, en "compensación" nos subieron el desayuno que ya aestaba incluidído a la habitación 1 día.
Pagamos habitación con balcón y el balcón daba a la "obra negra" de la alberca.
Se solicitaron costos de productos de frigobar y jamás nos proporcionaron lista, desconocen el contenido del frigobar, a la salida nos querían cobrar por cosas que nunca se tomaron. Además de querer cobrar un par de aguas que al llegar nos dijeron eran de cortesía.
No considero que el precio que pagamos corresponda a lo que recibimos.

L’emplacement de cet hôtel est fabuleux. La chambre suite était très agréable, propre et bien équipée.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très décevant. La piscine était en maintenance mais nous n’avions pas été prévenus à l’avance. On pouvait utiliser la piscine de l’hôtel en face mais ce n’est pas la même chose. Par ailleurs, l’hôtel est bruyant à cause de la musique assez forte du restaurant. Enfin, on a demandé le deuxième soir une nouvelle bouteille d’eau pour les chambres la nuit qu’on a voulu nous faire payer. Au prix de la chambre, c’est dommage de ne pas offrir de l’eau aux clients quand ils le demandent.

Great location and typical colonial setting.

Cons:

We were disappointed, actually its a bar with some rooms. The breakfast is very poor, tasteless or too salty and the portions are very small. When we noticed that the bread had mold on it they just brought back the omelet without bread. No solution or apology. Despite having prepayed for the breakfast we went out to have breakfast the remaining days The pool was being rebuilt which they could have informed while booking. Besides the waiters you nearly don't see any management. There is little attention for the guests besides from a waiter when he is serving you. Old houses have their issues but the room often smelled funky and with the AC facing the bed it's not really comfortable Sleeping.

Our flight canceled and we announced we'll arrive the next day and asked if the 1st day fee can be waived. We received a response in Spanish, very vague, and we were charged the full price upon arrival.

Cons:

Pretty expensive, and the fact that we were charged for a day we were not there it was very unpleasant, and especially since it wasn't our fault and we also announced our flight canceled because of plane issues.

Lindo hotel pero mal manejado. En booking no actualizan disponibilidad de habitaciones ni estado de la piscina

El Hotel está en una de las calles más lindas, cerca de todo.
La habitación estaba limpia y muy cómoda.

Cons:

Reserve este hotel por su ubicación, la piscina y por tener la habitación con balcón. Cuando llegamos no habían habitaciones con balcón disponible a pesar que en booking todavía decía que si. La piscina la están remodelando asique todo el jardín y la piscina están fuera de uso. Tuve que discutir para que me devolvieran la diferencia de la tarifa (habitación con balcón o sin balcón) de unos 50 dólares. Y me pidieron que cancelara mi reserva por booking porque ya no estaba pagando la habitación más cara, que por culpa de ellos no estaba disponible.
El desayuno en más o menos, la última noche nos teníamos que ir a las 7 am, a la hora que empieza el desayuno y ni siquiera nos dieron un café porque todavía no era la hora.

- One of the most comfy, clean & spacious hotel rooms we've ever been at -> especially key with the good AC throughout the hot Cartagena climate
- Super central location -> In one of the main old town streets

Surbooking!

On a été victimes de surbooking!
A notre arrivée à 15h, la réceptionniste nous a fait croire que la chambre qu'on nous avait attribuée n'était pas calme, alors qu'on l'avait demandé.
Du coup, ils nous ont proposé une chambre, soit disant très calme, mais dans un autre hôtel de la rue.
Sauf que cet hôtel était beaucoup moins agréable, et la chambre sentait l'humidité!
Sentant l'arnaque, nous avons dû râler, et perdu beaucoup de temps. Finalement, ils nous ont attribué une chambre dans un autre hôtel du quartier de catégorie équivalente.
Beaucoup de tracasseries. Nous aurions apprécié, à notre arrivée, qu'ils nous disent que l'hôtel, malgré notre réservation sur Booking était complet, plutôt que nous prendre pour des idiots !!

This is an amazing hotel in the best part of Cartagena. The pool is sufficiently deep to swim in an scenic place. Staff is amazing and there is great food and cocktails.

Leuke locatie, prima hotel.
Pros:

Prachtig gebouw op leuke locatie middenin het centrum van de oude stad. Mensen zijn vriendelijk en lekker eten.

Cons:

In de kamer hangt een riool lucht, afvoer van de douche is niet goed.
