Was an ok stay could have been better
Pros:

The location was ideal

Cons:

I would prefer it if the tea/coffee making facilities were in the room instead of in the lobby. When we stayed there in 2025, they were in the room

Pros:

Very basic, but exactly what we needed for a few hours after plane delay meant we missed our connecting train. Great value for money at 41 quid. Adnans takeaway next door was banging and also great value for money. 8 quid for chicken scure cooked in front of you, with flatbread, all trimmings, chips and drink.

Cons:

Door was locked in the morning to get in and make a brew.

Dreadful. We could not stay there, although we had paid in full !!
Pros:

The situation of the establishment. It was close by the NEC.

Cons:

Everything !
The place was extremely dated, not very clean. Stains on the bed and the carpet. Mould in the bathroom. I was not comfortable staying there.
We checked out on the first night at 10 pm and moved to The Travelodge.
It should not be advertised on your website.
It looks bad for ‘Booking.com’

Pros:

l'hôtel est facilement accessible de l'aéroport en taxi/voiture et il y a une station service juste à côté pour des petites courses, ainsi que la ville pas très loin si on est véhiculé. le personnel de l'hôtel était très accueillant et serviable. l'hôtel en lui-même était très calme.

Cons:

la chambre n'était pas très propre lorsque nous sommes arrivés et les fenêtres ne fermaient pas correctement, ce qui est dommage sachant que notre chambre donnait sur une route très fréquentée ainsi que des pistes d'atterrissage. de même il a été compliqué de trouver des prises électriques dans la chambre.

The Shining

Cons:

It felt like I was staying in a homeless shelter. Shabby mismatched furniture, cigarette burn on the duvet cover. The door didn't have a proper lock.
Outside were plastic chairs and a table with an overflowing ashtray.
Shower was broken.
There is a reason the price is lower than other hotels.

Very convenient for the Aurport
Pros:

The Gables provided an excellent stay. Clean and comfortable, near to food outlets. Early flight gave me an easy walk to the airport. Would recommend the Gables for a place to stay.

Great location and value for a night with easy access to the airport and motorway.
Pros:

Great location, very close to the airport and public transport. Close to the petrol station and shop. Clean and tidy rooms. Fresh towels and bedding.

Cons:

Old building but refurbished, you can hear other people on the hallway and outside. A bit noisy, because it's close to the street, traffic and the airport. But it's a very good location and value for the night.

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The location is the only thing going for it

Cons:

Needs a lot of TLC beds comfortable but the bedding looked like something from the 80’s
Staff pleasant , no tea making facilities in room you had to go downstairs
Luckily i only spent a few hours in there
Expensive for what it is i only stayed here as the Travelodge had bed bugs the last time I stayed and it put me off
Shower needs a clean and update water was freezing when I got in, and i’d left it running
